Why is this little, irrelevent LLC in North Carolina still sending out uninvited Emails harassing people? Exactly how does the membership in the APA have no effect on being a "member" of usapa?  Did USAPA solicite memberships to their LLC? How on Earth can one be forced to be a member of a little LLC in North Carolina?

USAPA did indeed solicit memberships to their LCC....remember that wooden box?  Maybe this will jog your memory: "You won't get 200 cards."
 
You can resign from USAPA anytime, dimwit, just send them a resignation letter.  The APA will see to it that your dues/fees to USAPA are paid through Sept 15, though....or lose your job.  Your choice, dire knight.

Already in the works, I'll bet. A NC LLC has my information, they don't have my permission to send me unsolicited emails. That information should have been destroyed. I think we should complain to the NC Attorney General too!

In a letter sent to the Arizona Attorney General's Office, Mike Cleary, president of the US Airline Pilots Association, the union that represents the airline's pilots collectively, alleged that Leonidas LLC, a group that includes a select group of west pilots, sent mailers to USAPA members after obtaining information from the company's database "which included the names, addresses and Social Security numbers" of its pilots.
