I was on DCO. Streble and the company have been notified to cancel DCO. USAPA no longer exists. I am a member of the APA.

Welcome to APA! You will be able to log on to the APA Website by 6 AM Central tomorrow. Below are the instruction on how to reset or change your password on the APA web site. Please note while your APA status is PAA, C&R will not be accessible. Once you are voted in at your Domicile and your APA status changes, you will then have C&R access.

Me too!

If the Addington lawsuit was dropped, each west pilot would probably collect about $2,500.00.

That would be the sum that USAPA is withholding from all the pilots.

the guys who have not returned my dues yet
To bad that the DOL and Federal & State Courts need to get involved with this. Officers don't have any liability protection from the litigation with USAPA gone. If anything in our past lends itself to RICO charges in an ongoing conspiracy to defraud a group...this is it.

A couple of responses to Bradford concerning his "update"

Stephen Bradford and all Officers of USAPA

Thank you for this update. The contents of this illustrate to me the utter lack of awareness you all have for the actual events that have taken place over the past 8 plus years. You have used your numbers to damage the lives of all west pilots for your own self interests. Rather than work for all USAIR pilots, at every turn, you demonstrated your total lack of concern for the most important aspect of civil society, that is "INTEGRITY". You and your elk lack any of this quality. Your praise of the west pilots is unnecessary and unwanted. Coming from you it appears to be a veiled attempt to mitigate your past behavior. One is raised by the notion that "you reap what you sew". This adage gives hope that you and your co-conspirators will have to answer for that which you perpetrated and that which you may do here in the near future.

Please remove me from the membership of you pirate organization. History will show that you have acted selfishly and that you all are the scourge of the industry. Not unlike those that choose to cross a picket line.

Be sure, you will be remembered in history, you will be remembered by aviators and you will be remembered by the world, not for doing good, but for what it truly was.... Time will not be kind to you...

So, have your little non-profit. I warn you now, do not use one cent of my money for your benefit. Since you have never properly represented my interests, I consider any activity by whatever your organization is, to be out of bounds with my money. Please return my unused dues to me immediately. While I consider all American Pilots to be my brothers and sisters, I consider your organization to be a scam of the first order.

With heartfelt glee.... I say good-bye, adios, bye-bye, and good riddance from a relieved industry and work group.

Stephen,

You are a tyrannical coward. You and your quasi-criminal enterprise ruled by brute force and brute force alone.

You never had the courage to testify in open court about the reasons you formed your union built on lies. Twice you refused the opportunity to testify under cross-examination in open court.

You knew your case was extremely weak so you, like a tyrant and a coward, refused to state your case in open court - just like Mike Cleary. Tyrants and brutal cowards never like the light of day. You and your ilk prefer the darkness of Woodlawn avenue. Oh, and thanks for the useless job action. I got great pleasure sitting in district court in Charlotte watching your friends get totally smashed by Siegel.

I just donated an extra $1,000 to help destroy your plans to further steal from me. AOL will see your lawyers (but not you, obviously) in court.

Just watching while Bradford rearranges chairs on the deck. Nevermind the iceberg ahead.

Just a small fee to file and try and recover that $2500. http://www.nccourts.org/courts/trial/sclaims/

About Small Claims Court
small, claim, claims, court

Small claims court is part of the District Court Division. It handles civil cases where a plaintiff requests assignment to a magistrate and the amount in controversy is $10,000 or less. The principal relief sought in small claims court is money, the recovery of specific personal property, or summary ejectment (eviction). A magistrate presides over small claims court. There is no jury and usually no lawyers. A person who loses in small claims court may appeal for a trial by jury before a judge in District Court.
For additional information see the Guide to Small Claims Court maintained under the Publications area of the Legal Aid of North Carolina Web Site.

What about USAPA? We are still here. We are not your bargaining agent;
however, we are still an ongoing organization. We are a non-profit association,
governed under the rules of North Carolina.

Yeah, but I will have 1985 seniority by the time this is done.  Good times!
You pretty much validate the formation of USAPA by making that ridiculous statement. And there is no way the APA is going to give a 2004 West hire an 85 handicap.

The APA might let them have it as long as they do not leave PHX.

THEY DON'T CARE!

That's not the answer I got from the APA rep I spoke with yesterday. They are not concerned with how our seniority list looks. They are washing their hands if this mess you started with the evasion of prior arbitration. How hard is it to understand?

He was also not impressed with USAPA sticking around when AA is the bargaining agent. Bad move.
