The 330 s will be in the desert by the time the next merger is completed.
 
Addington III 9th Circuit Appeal Extension Approved

The Addington III 9th Circuit briefing was scheduled for July 30, 2014. The West Pilot Class requested an extension this morning, July 14, 2014, and the Court immediately granted our extension.

You have got to give it to Marty. He has milked this case for years and millions and we all owe him a huge hand.
He has sucked millions from the west pilots, enough so they have put themselves on LOA 93.
He has kept the west from all the huge bids. He has delayed the integration for years. The new hires will all be 320 captains as a result. Some say they are now donating to AOL to keep it going. Why not? It is a smart idea. One could recommend all east pilots do likewise. It will pay huge dividends.
The AA guys love it because they are hitting their big retirement numbers now.
This is a FANTASTIC turn of events!
 
That's some funny stuff there, Breeze. There are passengers who would like to get from Philly to Ft Lauderdale if their plane was airworthy and not on blocks.
