Short version Snap.....the Courts WILL AND HAVE to look at the terms of the Constitution and Bylaws.  Leonidas LLC will LOSE especially when USAPA PROVES the bad faith of said Leonidas officers and under the "unclean hands" doctrine.  Look it up.

No surprise here, let's hope this takes a long time.

How about coming out to Phoenix defend USAPA's version of fairness imposed on West pilots on July 21st.....

USAPA Merger Counsel Pat Szymanski has been invited, and as of now, we have no commitment.

 
No surprise. Why would/should any even halfway rational person want to waste their time attempting conversation with such eloquent philosophers as your "I hate all of you'se!", "There's a west and an east, and we HATE you guys!"/etc "spartan" spokesmen?  Sigh...Would "you'se" perhaps  be offering up a decent dinner, or at least some free "Integrity Matters" T-shirts and "liberty" ties as incentives at the door?
 
Seriously; since when's any deranged bunch of delusional narcissists that wanted to place their then 3 month new hires "senior" to people that had already logged even 17 more years of uninterrupted service at ALL even farcically imagined to be interested in "fairness" anyway?

One must assume that the residual "spartan" fantasies nowadays revolve around the "interesting" notions that the APA, if left entirely to their own devices, will see fit to either resurrect the nic for "you'se", and/or otherwise offer you some grand gains in "seniority" over even their very own, and that none east would support and fund continuing litigation, or perhaps even both?....Seriously?

Oh hardly. TWA, Reno and Air Cal are all just past "kills", but who could even possibly doubt that they've a very special and tender place in their hearts for AWA's "spartans"? 😉

How about you bite me. I defended a bunch of west pilots once, only to be used by the majority of them. I did make one good friend out of it though. The only one worth defending, as it turned out.

I take it that you would not be able to answer the tough questions from pilots who have been disenfranchised by your "union" yet point to a person worth defending when you support the very organization who's the oppressor?
