2014 Pilot Discussion

"The America West pilots have done an outstanding job voluntarily contributing to pay our past legal obligations, but the fight will continue as long as USAPA’s officers are able to interfere OR the APA decides to withdraw support for a separate West merger committee. Possible legal actions going forward to defend the former America West seniority rights are expected to include the Ninth Circuit appeal, possible contempt charges against USAPA’s officers, and recovering dues money from USAPA."

B-R-I-N-G I-T O-N, JACK!  Also USAPA can counter sue AOL members as well.  It goes both ways.

Fact, apa will not go to arbitration for the seniority list, they never have and never will.
APA will agree on a list with USAPA, which will become the final and binding list.

The only reason apa wants the west to have a seat at the table, is because the west seat barely has one leg to stand on. The west seat?  No wide bodies, no attrition, no bases, no career expectations, but they have been stagnant and have furloughed pilots.

Oh that's right, AOL only threatened to sue everyone and appeal if necessary. I was wrong.

Refer to timeline 10:06.
An america west pilot who was on reserve in 2005, is still a reserve pilot.

Snap, time to own up, you are a failure as are your 675 dollar "gang" intimidation ties.
