Congrats on that, seriously. But you completely missed the point as usual. Oh we'll, it's easier to play victim when you ignore the facts.

I hope the venom you spew is contained to this board and doesn't spread into your personal life and you can stay married another 29 years.

Your guess is wrong, I do believe what I want and I doubt what you wrote is the truth.  I also think you do care what I think, or you would not responded and especially when you come asking for a jumpseat.  Now that's twice you have said " I have said all I have to say".  See, couldn't even believe you the first time you said that.

PS:  The company policy manual prohibits recording on company property, a terminating offense.  I do believe you may have stepped into something undesirable.  In addition, most west pilots now know the name and commuter route of the guy who admits recording cockpit activity for vindictive use.  Good luck.
You need to know when to avail yourself of your professional standards committee.
If you feel someone has breached professional conduct, take it up through them instead of instigating a war you will regret starting with jumpseats.

No contract, no list.
The West always leaves that part out.
Yep, it's easier to play the victim when you don't take responsibility for your part of the disaster.

Here's something else they leave out and this is straight from a westie. The west MEC wanted the separate ratification, quasi-veto language of the TA. They didn't think they would get as good a SLI as they did, and since we had such a lousy contract, they thought that we would vote in anything that had a raise in it. The wanted the ability to keep out a lousy contract and SLI. An economic decision. But when the east used that, well you know.

You eastholes can cry and whine about the fairness of the Nicolau but the bottom line is you agreed to a legal process".............
Ames, why did you not accept the NIC when we offered it to you?

"Yes, the East offered the NIC. They just wanted to protect their retirement attrition, which stalled by the change in Age-60. Looking back, that offer must look like a home run to any West pilot right now, but last February the EAST MEC and ALPA couldnt get to first base with it."

Just think of all the nice gifts you could have gotten for you wife if you had not blown all the thousands of dollars wasted for nothing, well at least you kept Marty in business.

This year will be my 29th anniversary to the first and only woman I have ever married so I believe your post is addressing the wrong person.  What your post tells me is that you are most likely divorced and therefore take commitment lightly.  Regardless, I do believe our situation is the only time an arbitration has been treated as it has and that says volumes as to the character of those handling it this way.  You, of course, being a clear example of one with no character or integrity.
You eastholes can cry and whine about the fairness of the Nicolau but the bottom line is you agreed to a legal process and then took a dump on it when it didn't fit your wants and desires.  Just how would society function if everyone handled every arbitration this way?
The reason I have been posting recently after wisely staying away from this sespool is that I heard of this jumpseat situation and just knew there would be a whole new spin about it on this board.  I couldn't believe though that Breeze would actually be bragging about recording cockpit activity for use as ammunition against the west pilot involved.
Just another example of how corrupt and really, really stupid eastholes can be.
Ames- you were offered the Nic with a fence which would now be gone. You turned it down.
You are lying. You turned the Nic down with a fence. Then you also turned it down by willingly supporting two separate pay scales.
You- are a liar with NO integrity.
You are now living the reality of soon to be 2-3 yr hires left seat of little Airbus.
Now you are intent on starting another petty jumpseat war because you cannot face that the F/O who harassed Breeze also turned down the Nic, then lied.
No Integrity.

Because the East wanted to furlough by LOS.

You wanted  to steal West jobs in the event of we had to furlough pilots.

The only job anyone could truly claim was theirs is one they held by performance in a meritocracy. In the absencce of that, tenure is the generally accepted union practice. Except for pilots, then it changes with whoever can change the rules to get the most advantage for their personal situation. There is a reason ALPA policy changed in 1991 and then again in 2008 and it had everything to do with who was pushing the changes, their leverage and how it might benefit their situation and nothing to do with union principles.

Hey, did you hear?

Kasher didn't  even pay the 3% payraise we were really owed.

That makes  you wrong about the same thing twice.

No need for you to worry I'm sure your pappy will help you again, hey at least you realize it was "really owed" but you just don't seem to care we lost, as a matter of fact I bet your happy because it screwed your fellow coworkers.

I do care that we lost and it's because our Grevience Chairman was so incompetent he can't even  get something Parker admitted he owed us much less the snap back that the PIT reps admitted in writing was never there.

geez, the senile arbiter victim game

Never taking responsibility for our own failed overreaching strategy.

I wouldn't  have tied the 3% payraises and the snap back greviences together.

I wouldn't have wasted time and money chasing the snap back that even the PIT reps said in writing wasn't there.
