LMFAO, just looked at poor poor DB's powerpoint ! I think slide 22 says it all! Hilarious , how embarrassing ahhhh! THE LEADUSUNHIREABLES! Maybe you could have negotiated when you had that "RISK" thing sitting in your lap., The pics of the empty sim bays, priceless! Pathetic.
Seriously Bubba, don't be rude. Post this thing.

DOH is starting to look like a good deal. They have spent over $20k per pilot in legal fees only to be stuck in PHX indefinitely. I would be pi$$ed.

Bubba,

Could, I again say could be against company policy posting entire doc.

FA
How about just giving us a link to where someone else posted it?

I need a good laugh.

As you all know I have been on this forum for quite some time trying to post the LEGAL aspect of this situation and tried to warn the West of this very real possibility. Only to be called scab and other names by the West for simply posting THE FACTS. They are their own worst enemies at this point. It's sad, really.
They did not listen. Ferguson has the legal experience to merely hire another attorney, and handle a simple will. Mark C Doyal falls into the same category. They handed off to Marty and Dr. Jacobs, then suffered defeat after defeat. Freund was their best friend. He told them what they did not want to hear, so they threw him off the island.
They listened to Munn, who is probably the most unqualified of all. Munn did all east pilots a favor, by misleading and misinforming the west. Anyone who listens to Munn is at risk.
Next time you see Munn, thank him. Thank Traderjake also. He also parroted Munn and sent the west astray.

Munn is probably pulling his hair out, worrying about the USAPA/APA negotiations.

The empty simulator bays are startling. The building has the feel of another training center located in western Pennsylvania some years ago as Airways was being positioned to merge with america west unbeknownst to all but a few.

Ask ex717flyer and 767 Jetzz. Both just passed through PHX trng. They would have to admit to the eerie feeling of abandonment Braid experienced.

I would imagine they will not comment as the order is out to all Leonidas warriors to not post.

"SEPARATE OPS WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO LAST THIS LONG" David Braid....
David did not have a problem when separate ops entailed lower pay for east pilots and 24% of east routes flown by west pilots.
Congratulations David on your prognosticative powers and insight. It has been a mere 9 years and two days since the pathway to your lottery ticket was announced.
A lot can happen in 9 years David. A lot more will happen in a possible 3 or more years of same.
Who would of thunk?

They will not post, but you can be sure they are here.... they are performing important discovery, collecting vital data from the East posters... ya know, its a part of their ongoing legal strategy.... and you better believe it, they take discovery seriously and are siting at their computer dressed in full battle uniform, including the $675 tie.

That's only what they paid to Marty and gang.  Don't forget what they paid to USAPA, which could have lowered the dues rate if it hadn't had all of this to deal with.  Sounds like pay parity + to me.

Karma is a b1tch!

The entry of Airline Forums' Pilot Discussion archives into evidence in a federal court proceeding is good news for those who value the rule of law.  The judge will now be privy to posts which document a certain individual's appearance, while in military uniform, in a 30 minute infomercial promoting a commercial product (hair plug replacements).

This wanton disregard for federal statute will no doubt stun the federal judiciary.  A swift referral to the US Attorney is called for, and one can only hope that statute of limitations considerations do not thwart justice on purely technical grounds.  A full and fair investigation, followed by prosecution, conviction and incarceration would send a message to society that the United States of America is still a nation of laws, not men.

The thread is titled "AWA MEC Letter to Pilots."  Here's the money quote:

USA320Pilot comments:

Mitch has 3 years of active AWA service, he has flown about 1,500 hours of major airline service, and he is relatively inexperienced in the cockpit. Meanwhile, the Nicolau Award gave him gave him a senioity number of 4,367 that placed him between two 19-year US Airways East pilots with 2,000 pilots below him in seniority. If this is not an injustice I do not know what is. As far as I am concerned Vasin can go "pound sand".

From your vast, personal experience: What exactly is your idea of a "Ferrari" in the sky? This should be good for some serious laughs. 🙂

P.S. None of my nonsense here is ever at all aimed at the competent and decent people/pilots in PHX, but one must observe from "conversations", videos and postings of the past 7 years, and that's not even dwelling on the whole "spartan"...umm..."army" fantasies, that "you'se" have, without possible doubt, the highest concentration of infantile halfwits ever even dreamed possible within "professional" aviation of any sort. Case in point again evidenced by Ms./Mr. "Ferrari" above. 😉
"You don't give the keys to the Ferrari....."...Seriously?

Well gentlemen; the point here is that we mustn't become overly complacent, as I'm certain the "spartans" have some magical contingency plan ready to go that will take everyone by complete surprise:
