West pilots should be very worried about their status, sounds like some Hawaii flying will be transferred over to AA, to bad.

Don Quixote: "Not well? What is illness to the body of a knight-errant? What matter wounds? For each time he falls, he shall rise again, and woe to the wicked." GO "spartans!"...And don't forget to "Push for Justice" and buy more ties!: http://www.cactuspilotcontributors.com/contribute.html    http://www.cactuspilotcontributors.com/libertynecktie.html

Those greed-soaked, arrogant and infantile fools brought this onto themselves. Let them now revel in joyous celebration of the fruits of their "righteous" labors.

It's been 16 days since USAPA provided APA with their proposed Protocol Agreement, proposed Merger Transition Agreement, proposed global agreement, and proposed Settlement Agreement. What's happening? Did APA respond? Did APA ignore USAPA's proposals? Should the pilots receive an update? Where's the transparency?

UEL demagoguery in action, again? Me thinks so...

Actually, Mr "All Knowing Opinionated Prognosticator",   Rumors I have heard from more than one source  says APA wants that Protocol agreement,  BUT   they want to wait some time before coming to the table with it.....something about they want to delay to capture something called attrition coming along.

I'm sure there are moves going on behind the scenes on all sides........

Just because you are not in the loop doesn't mean something isn't happening......

Do you miss your old executives that would sit on your j/s and give you all of their corporate secrets?  HA   Me thinks so....

The June, 2014, bid shows 74 wide-body line captains retiring within 12 months.   On that bid, there were 363 wide-body line captains system wide.  That's slightly over 20% of the system wide-body line captains retired by about this time next year.

Keep delaying, AOL.  Those 18 month seniority E190 captains will be in those wide-body seats long before you get to bid it.

Fine by me, too.
This is all the fault of a Eric Ferguson. Those wide body rates will completely erase the damage the west inflicted by not supporting pay parity. west pilots are being crushed bid after bid. They are leaving MILLIONS on the table. This will go on for years.

Munn is probably the biggest stooge in the airline industry.

Not so sir. ANY group of people that would accept some incredibly narcissistic and wholly delusional new hire, who went so far in those respects as to proclaim himself the "supreme commander" of some supposed "army", and then fantasize themselves "spartans" and "soldiers"...well...I believe that I've likely seen smarter lab rats in the course of some studies. In fairness though; most only involved mice...to which that observation still applies. 😉

Probably, I would say definitely, and Traitor is going to be upset you are bad mouthing his mentor.

West pilots should get together and sue AOL for all the money they have lost over the years.

To what possible end though? What available funds could they possibly seek? Hmm...I've a radiologist friend who maintains a tradition in his offices of having an annual "Most Ridiculous Tie Day" contest...so perhaps there's some possible use elsewhere as well for the untapped "arsenal" of "liberty" ties they might gain from litigation? 😉

I have yet to see anyone wear the tie, if I were a westie I would be embarrassed to wear it as it would just show everyone my stupidity. ( nothing against Lady Liberty )

Leonidas is a rogue organization. It is very much like Enron. You have Ferguson and Koontz " cooking the books" along with Marty. It's' members are given false " facts" of labor law, and coerced to invest on falsehoods. Marty is the beneficiary of the cash flow.
The results speak for themselves. Loss after loss. Millions to Marty. What a scam.
Meanwhile east pilots benefit immensely all because of Leonidas maintaining separate ops.

No matter, since once "The Great Day of the Rope" (or is it "The Night of the Long Knives"?) comes to pass; the nic will reign supreme and all infidels will be purged from their unholy places, and the long-ago-prophesied "Billions in damages", so clearly foreseen by "spartan" oracles, will flow forth freely into west coffers! I'm only surprised there hasn't yet been another "T-minus" countdown clock set to properly herald the coming of "Justice" here. 😉

if the past is used as an example might I suggest a sundial be used as a countdown clock?

Had to get the crap beat out of us today because of flying a west AC and not being able to go offshore were it was clear. Nice addition for the FAs and passengers. send the junk metal back to PHX were they can fly their new illustrious PHX CLE route

I am happy that AWE didn't have any A330s......I can't imagine being over the Atlantic if that's the case.
