Still can't read a 10-K or watch a Parker crew news, can you Dan.  Anyway, it's over.

EoA...Don't tell them that sir! I've had an open wager against these pathetic little punks/pimples for nearly 7 years now!..and I'm pulling out all the stops now to try to get even one of these "spartan" punks to offer me some aerial amusement....You will just completely screw up any slight chance at even having their very "best" respond before this is all finished...although, given that it's been 7 years, it isn't likely that any of those laughable creatures will suddenly find themselves equipped with any semblance of a spine...So I guess no harm done from your end Brother.

C'mon "spartans"; of the 1700 or so mostly worthless-mommy-bought-my-ticket (at best) wimps: I know at least a half dozen of "you'se" have actually trained, street cred. What say we have some fun? 🙂 Nevermind your utterly pathetic, fellow "spartans", you know better than that....?

If they come out with a list and someone thinks they could have done better through arbitration, then it seems it could be a can of worms.

A can of worms, or a windfall of cash for the law profession.

There is that "wide range of reasonableness" that unions can claim as protection, and the APA, by then being the sole CBA, would likely prevail in defending whatever SLI the process presents.

Sorry to interrupt the thread but we have a petition for Charlotte City Council, the mayor, the airport director, and others asking for employee shuttle and employee parking improvements.  Please take thirty seconds to sign it and share it if you are able through social media and email.  We're asking for support from the flight deck to the ramp with this one.  We've been complaining about the problems too long now and are going to present the petition to City Council once we reach 1000 or more signatures.  Please help us get safe and secure employee parking and transportation.

Thanks in advance.

Of course I can't get the link to work on this forum after trying to paste, then link, I finally typed the whole thing in and it is having issues coming up.  Please PM me if you will sign and I will send the link to you that way.

MINUTE ORDER (paperless) ISSUING the following SCHEDULING ORDER to control the timing of proceedings in this matter, pursuant to the parties' [25] Joint Report of Parties Under L.R. 16.3(d): The parties shall, by May 5, 2014, file their initial disclosures in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a). Any amendments to the pleadings or joinder of parties shall be completed by July 1, 2014. Discovery shall close by August 29, 2014, on which date the parties shall file a joint status report advising the Court whether (a) the parties request referral for mediation or settlement, (b) the parties request a date for a pretrial conference, or (c) dispositive motions are anticipated. Dispositive motions, if any, shall be filed by October 3, 2014. Any oppositions shall be filed by November 7, 2014. Any replies shall be filed by November 21, 2014. Insofar as the [25] Joint Report indicates disagreement about a) submitting the parties' contract interpretation issues to arbitration, and b) whether a stay should be imposed pending resolution of any motion to compel arbitration, the Court will address such issues when raised in appropriate motions. Signed by Judge Beryl A. Howell on April 22, 2014.
Looks like it's going to be a while for West pilots being stuck in PHX. New bid coming and movement expected to be big.

Just saying.

Bad link. Couldn't find it.
No results containing all your search terms were found
Your search - ron-carlee-provide-safe-secure-employee-shuttle-service - did not match any documents.
Suggestions:
  • Make sure all words are spelled correctly.
  • Try different keywords.
  • Try more general keywords.
  • Try fewer keywords.
.......Maybe name it with fewer words and don't use the "-" signs (in a search engine, a "-" usually means "omit").
Cheers.

Harumph. harumph... Martay already has a plan for a new necktie style that he is designing with Fergay and Koontay.  Everything will work out.

Yes, indeed.  The new tie design will be well worth the $1K price tag, and anyone seen still wearing the older $675 version will be ridiculed and shamed for being so "yesterday."

You might want to keep that shredder for DOH, it won't see the light of day under MB. Here is a sample of the US Airways seniority list as of 5/1/2014. West pilots can see who holds the lottery ticket and have a couple comments:

So exactly how many east pilots have bid into PHX and taken jobs? Just a ruff estimate will do.

Read this:

The West will have a merger committee at the MB arbitration.
