I think think it looks worse to have a "Westie" who recently attended a "union" meeting in Charlotte reported threatening behavior. Does an anti-harassment policy exist? Do you think HR will ignore such threats? Especially in an era where threats were ignored with tragic consequences?

Jr High or HS there are some missed warning signs with Columbine and more recently Sandy Hook.

Wouldn't you think it's foolish for the company not to investigate complaints if someone has reported a threat such as this?
