Boy, our little westicle friends seem to be on a roll lately, just another disappointment headed their way.

Careful, lest one of them again arrogantly post some entirely clueless nonsense about "karma"....

I can PROMISE you. When USAPA "loses" the mini arbitration, the little LLC from NC is going to sue. Count on it.
Not ONE of your predictions has yet to become reality.

How about picking a few stocks for me. I think if I put in a couple of short orders I could make some real money!

You are a real piece of work.

"You are a real piece of work."  A bit seriously muddled and generally confused would be the kindest terms methinks. What sort of completely delusional fool could otherwise ever personally "PROMISE" any future events or how people will react? All gentility aside though; I'm fully with you on wanting some stock picks to properly short. ;)

Yea, the APA a is not to fond of our Kevin, he's pegged as a nut case as a lot of the Westicles are.

That seems a bit unfair brother. I mean really; why would/could anyone ever imagine them as nut cases? Certainly, not just some double-fisted-simian-poke whilst ranting how "I hate all of you'se" should count...?

Cactuspilot1: "while you get to fight on two fronts the APA and Leonidas. I'm laughing while watching you retreat to your bunker in Berlin. " isn't imagining "your bunker in Berlin" a "normal" and perfectly "sane" and "healthy" fantasy, after all? Well, but then there's also this, so perhaps you've a point sir. ;)

The only other viable option here's to untowardly "assume" that AWA did absolutely nothing in the way of either IQ or psychological testing for prospective "pilots"...which we all know just "can't" be true....Right? Perhaps some "spartan" might now step up and explain all the arduous testing required for their employment at AWA?...?

"I don't know if it's a religious issue for them [management], but they just do not want to share profits with the employees,"
"American [Airlines] has stated in a letter to our pilots that they view negotiations as concluded, that it will not continue going forward and they've already proffered for arbitration," Tajer said, adding that "if it's a 'no' option, we [AAP] continue to believe that a negotiated settlement is in the best interests of both parties".
Arbitration hearings are scheduled for February 24 – 26 should an agreement between APA and American Airlines not be reached.
According to APA, Wall Street analysts expect American Airlines to achieve earnings of over $6 billion in 2015.

So it looks like the BOD isn't going to put the proposal out for a vote.

Looks like we'll get the %4 over and above the current contract in 2019.  Wait, that's only if we agree to a contract in Section 6 THEN.  Oh, that's right, it isn't about money it's about RESPECT.

It's a 1000% more than USAPA could have ever delivered. Actually, it's infinitely more as USAPA never delivered a single dime to the pilot group.
Your america west airline was a bottom feeder for years. No profit sharing, DC plan, retirement, bottom of the barrel wages. You set the bar at the lowest level for decades.

They really should consider themselves very lucky they were acquired by us and are now part of American.
Talk about riding on someone's coat tails.

It's time to go with the plan. If you don't know what the plan is, you wouldn't understand if some took an hour to explain it to you.
