Voting no means what? That AA will take more not less. That's what abrogation means, AA gets what they want. No raises, outsourcing up to 40% of maintenance spend on top of existing outsourced work, no line maintenance outsourcing cap (BC's are specifically listed as being targeted), benefits costs will still go up yet you won't be getting any raise to cover the increase in costs (net pay goes even lower than it is today), and no match for your 401(k).
Voting yes is not giving in, it is mitigating the losses. AA will win and you will lose big. Maybe you should start educating yourself on the facts. Stop buying in to everything in an emotional manner. You are aligned with groups and people that are destroying our profession yet you refuse to answer why you did it. Why? Because your actions are indefensible and you know it. Weak Ken, you are very weak.
