What a sorry group of people you have become.

My sense is, and I mean this in the most compassionate way, is that many of you are trying to hold on to what USAirways was. That former USAirways unfortunately is a thing of the past.

Then please write in support of changing the name to America West. Let the airline that is running this New US Airways take the heat. I would RATHER be called America West...that way when I hear America Worst instead of USELESS AIR, I will know who is REALLY screwing up the company.

If you think this company is moving in the right direction, I have some land in the Everglades that will perk. :down: :down:

ALSO, I could give a rats ass about the old US Airways!! This group, my friend, makes the old regime look compatent.

The sad thing is, when I found this board on Google and joined a few days ago, I was actually on your side.
It's been most interesting - to say the least!

You still dont get it,alot of problems all ready existed before the merger on the east side.Being on the east I will admit that,no problem.I hoped that this merger would bring in new people to solve alot of them.

Im sure there were problems on the west also,its evident.I bet west folks were hoping the same as I was.But then we the east found out that the folks that caused all the east problems were moved to TEMPE for the most part,or kept on the payroll.Im sure everyone at that time was optomistic.But history repeats itself.And it has.

We can flufff your pillow and rub your feet all you want but we as employees can only work with what we have.I try to smile everyday as I watch money being p!%%ed away for nothing.And thats our future.

And let me add on thing,your phrase ( reality is your perseption )Thats flawed.Reality may not meet your expectations but its not your perception.

Tell the company to negotiate in "good faith" and get a single contract for each work group and you wouldn't have to worry about it. It's neither sides fault at what they make. Let's not get into the who made more than whom etc.... WHAT DOES IT MATTER NOW????? Let's just NIP this in the bud.

competitive salaries.. maybe you should see what other airline employee's are making, just because HP was paid at a lower scale, doesn't mean that we,(east) were paid at an inflated scale..
