I have been saying this since day one! WE need to unite as a group to get what we deserve from management!!!! It is not east vs west, rampers vs gates, FA's vs pilots! It is US and we need better than what we got!

Wrong.

Without knowledgeable, effective, compassionate and inspirational leadership, any organization is bound to stagger and fail. There is no way to effectively meet those "airplanes out there" without the leadership being in place first. Until that happens, management is indeed the enemy.

Well said......they talk a good game but fail miserably in execution. It is a "Trial and Error" of fools, prime example the Airbus boondoggle. And our friendly SHARES. And the list continues to G-R-O-W.
