He's going to loose millions?? How interesting how hard his personal sacrifice is. It's all relative. he's making what 400k. plus bonuses and options etc???

He takes a 50% pay cut and gets knocked down to 200k. how much of a sacrifice is that??? Compared to labor taking cuts and qualifying for food stamps?

Too lazy to look, but didn't ole Herb take a salary of 1$ or something over at SWA for a long time??? How 'bout we bounce THAT executive compensation over to him.

Did anyone catch the fact that Siegel was "willing" to be paid the same as CEO's from the low-cost carriers? Say what? Didn't he just spew for 55 minutes HOW PROFITABLE they are? So, we lose money and he wants to be paid like the profitable airline's CEO?

Neeleman was paid about $350k or something like that.

That was point that the zealots on the board have been bitching and moaning about. So, Dave offers to take a pay cut like everybody's demanded.

The "F" word means Furloughes. They are a comin'. I think Dave essentionally wants all individual input 100% without the Union Involvment. It was a sneaky way of trying to go around the Unions.
