Good point Doc. 7 keeps saying we haven't brought the checks back in house but at the same time we haven't furloughed 2500 members either. Given a choice I would rather have my job, than have the checks back in house. The IAM gave away there checks. BK or not. (I can hear 7 and dell burning up the key board right now) :)

This is old info 7. You keep saying that the "members sacrificed" to keep their jobs and to keep the company alive to live another day. If I remember your statements correctly the IAM had no choice but to do what the BK court forced on you. Which is it 7? What have you and the others done to get those jobs back for the members that have sacrificed for YOU? Did you even say thanks for the sacrifice bothers and sisters? I truly doubt it. :)

The members voted on the final offer.

The members made the decision to accept the final offer from the company after the Judge abrogated the CBA.

The members had the power to accept or reject it and go on strike.

And I have worked long and hard to improve things, what have you done?

Funny the letter HP sent to the NMB shows a few mechanics still on furlough.

Posted on the 104 web page.

By the way US is hiring off the street in PHL, BOS and DCA.
