What gives you the impression that the TWU Legal does not write and submit to the NMB, a true document? Please don't tell everyone on this board that the IAM is the ONLY union that follows the law. :wacko: It's quite obvious that you were NOT privy to the filed document. If you were, you would be privy to it's contents. Do you for one moment think that the TWU wants ANYTHING to do with the 25 people?? The questioning detail belongs to the authorities.

He's scared for his job. His job takes no thought and has no responsibilities. That's why he defends the IAM so much. His job could be handled by anyone or any thing.

I think it's the pay differential and not necessarily his job. Worried that the stock clerks will be realigned out of the M&R contract. Just like west non union being acreeded into the union and it's contract. It would stink to lose certain benefits under this merger...........if realignment happens, he won't be the only one that could/would/will take cuts.

These realigments are for the most part being forced by integrating union contracts. Some will get more and some will get less. The company has shown a willingness not to stick it to the employees because of this integration process. One only has to look as far as the CSR integration. I just hope when it's the mechanics turn that the company will still have some financial wiggle room and the same willingness to do what is right for the mechanics. I still believe in DP wanting to do what is right. Call it koolaid drinking or whatever...but until the screws are put to us I'll remain hopeful. B)

It is all spin and you got caught in it, there is no factual proof yet that is it was premeditated. When the police release the results of the investigation and/or it goes to trial the facts will come out then.

How could it not be premeditated? Were these people sleep walking, or did they just go to the conference room for the coffee and donuts??? They knew exactly what they were going to do before they walked into that conference room--that's premeditation.
