Yes the damage is tough to fix, I have personally contacted some higher ups and told them they need to take immediate action and remove them from any position and cooperate in the investigation completely.

Just because the twu legal wrote it does not make it true, did they question the 25 people involved?

If anyone posting their anti union comments in this thread thinks it is in the interest of the union they promote I believe they are mistaken.

They ( TWU,IAM,AmFA,IBT ect) are to blind and self serving to see that this would be the best for a unified group. The unions would not make the money in dues that they do now. That is why unions do not work in todays world. Everyone is out for me not out for us.

Your right they don't work for you but the "company" is the union and it's interest are Politics and Power mainly via the Democratic Party. At least the Airline and you have some common inter-dependancies

All US & HP f/s need representation. That is a given since most of us know what its like without it, but you putting it that way would be like me saying .....(IAM only had the PHL incident occur to scare their members into not voting at all! Because they would rather have decertification than not being able to represent or misrepresent all of the new US AIR f/s.) oh sorry thats right Tony was in an official IAM position wasnt he?

Good point Jen. It is almost like the IAM is a soon to be jilted lover. And the violence occurs because if I can't have you, no one can.

I think that goes for all represented groups at HP/US Airways West.
