Check with the latest M/B. A/M merger at republic, frontier. The furloughed pilots wen to the bottom of the list. Does not matter if they had 17 days or 17 years furloughed.

Dude. We don't need to stop the merger. Just Keep usapa from being a dumbass. Parker is not going to allow you east guys to delay his merger. An injunction from the west delays his merger. APA using the Nicolau does not delay the merger. What do you think Parker uses?

Are you admitting that usapa has not informed the PHX of the same information that east reps have received? Would that be representing all pilots fairly?
What usapa rep informed you of this information so that we can file some charges?

It seems that Parker has used that same thing with usapa. He has cut them out of this deal. He is not going to let the immature east pilot throw another tantrum.

It's been all over these boards that the AOL boys have nestled themselves into the APA's warm loving arms some time ago now. Mention was made of AOL lawyers talking with the APA.
What has NOT been mentioned, much less plastered "all over" here, is ANY actual, supporting statements from the APA in favor of the nic being used. WHY is that? It's clear that even the smallest shred of APA assurance would have made it around the world and be heard louder than a sonic boom by now.
Hmmm....Is it even at ALL possible that, despite the often cited "rest of the world" that universally agrees with them,...well....errr...perhaps that "world" doesn't so entirely and fanatically support the west's nic obsession as previously projected?....Just curious
And since USAPA represents all US pilots, it seems to me that as of today he has walked around all of us. Hence the AOL statement?

Mentioned several times by both Parker and Kirby that United transaction would solved the dispute for that very reason.

Since virtually every pilot on the AWA list can hold Captain out East. Even AOL leader 75 numbers from the bottom .....
Under a relative merge that puts every single , every single West pilot in aCap job in the AMR system. - I think they'll care.

I'd reasonably think so as well. Who wouldn't? The only ones being completely dismissive of that are, (amazingly enough), of the gimme-my-nic! persuasion.
