I just watched the latest PHX crew news. Should be required viewing for all pilots. For the last guy on the pilot one, I'm sorry you were sued in theC18 mess, but that had to one of the most pathetic displays of whinning I've ever seen. "Doug, why don't you like us!!?? Why do you favor those mean old easties?" Pleeze......he should have taken a nap first.
Doug doesn't favor the east. He favors allowing others to feel like they are relevant, especially if they are paying him for that delusion.

Doug needs to earn his pay and lead the airline with conviction and integrity, regardless of whether or not it's popular.

Do you give this motion much chance of sucess? Give me the % chance you think it has. Again the question no westie answered: If you are so confident, why all the delays? Let's get it unquestionably ripe.

That is exactly how I felt after watching the CLT News crybaby worrying about the Nic being shoved down his throat.

No, the most pathetic display of whinning was USAPA filing the law suit in the first place.

Men would not have done it, whinny little boys did.

Seven out of ten licensed psychiatrists recommend therapy, the other three are also lawyers.

The crew news hero deserved a standing ovation for being up 22 hours and for going to the crew news when he was free to go home. Give the man a round of applause. I haven't laughed that hard in a week.

The lawsuit was initially filed to stop the practices that WERE being aimed at USAPA. Once that activity stopped there were several attempts to put an end to the issue, each was met be indignant resistance and the insistence that USAPA fully admit wrongdoing as a prerequisite.

Now you will likely take the position that those terms were fully justified but nevertheless the protracted nature of the affair is not the result of what is being advertised. There were at least two separate efforts at the BPR level to end the suit but both were rebuffed mainly due to the caveats placed on the affair.

One could argue that the west specifically did not want to settle because they calculated they would win in the courts and settling would rob them of the continued opportunity to cry "USAPA just won't let this thing go!"

That actually is quite humorous, flogging oneself physically under the notion that Kirby et al would ever be influenced by what they hear from us at the crew news sessions. Maybe he just wasn't thinking straight after the sleep deprivation.

You can expect the above posse of malcontents along with PHX and possibly some other reps in a another domicile beginning with P to run the show on your behalf!!!! What do you think their common goals are. Yes you guessed it, to dismantle the leadership structure of USAPA,

Sounds like like someone is afraid of the beginning of the end for USAPA leadership.

A change of control is probably just what is needed to flush the hardliners and get things moving.

Whatever we can do to help cover Doug's bar tab, I'm all for it. If we really flush hard maybe we could toss in a trip for his wife and a few friends to Europe at a nice hotel or two.

Ok folks fire up your flamethrowers but I can't sit idle and watch this stuff. again, saw it, didn't write it. Wish I had.

The case for Crimi and against these divisive politicos, King and Mowrey

If you have had enough of this nonsense, please let your feelings be known by contacting the following emails and ask them why it is that they are **** bent on bringing ALPA politics back when we worked so hard to rid ourselves of such destructive and self defeating nonsense. Ask them what it is that they are really after, and hold their feet to the fire if they insist on perpetuating their lies further. For all we know they are already working on their next recall effort! Ask them who’s next?

Who wrote this?

Was it some anonymous author

One could argue that they did not settle because, as determined by the court, the suit had no merit and that USAPA wasted alot of our money.

So according to you the law suit was to stop something. Then you said it stopped, why did usapa not stop?

usapa did not an need agreement to end the suit. They could have dropped the suit on their own at any time.

If you and usapa are afraid that the defendants will use the opportunity to say "usapa just won't let this go" Then why didn't they just let it go? You said the activity stopped. Why continue?

Could it be that Cleary et al needed an issue and are just vindictive? What none of you guys can understand is that a web post or phone call is not RICO. Never was, never can be.

Any opinion of usapa and Cleary filing state charges? They have been threatening all along. what did you say? Once that activity stopped there were several attempts to put an end to the issue, Why would usapa file additional charges?

jetz,

I don't think anyone in the east thinks USAPA is going to end! We have personality issues in the east for sure. However, we share a common bond! Even if Cleary were to leave office today nothing would change. The majority of pilots control this union. If you feel like a change of control at the top of the union is going to change things..........you will be sadly mistaken!
