That proves it then. At least a thousand or more east votes for feces in the mail ferguson. Congrats. This fellow no doubt speaks for at least a thousand east pilots. Looking forward to fergusons reign.

"feces in the mail ferguson"? The schizophrenia is bubbling to the surface. This is getting good.

Good news East pilots, Delta is hiring, I'm sure they'd move you to the top of the list for interviews. You can explain to them 'how its done' ha ha ha...

Keep Failing us USAPA. One failure after another.

Actually, UA ALPA is already negotiating with DL ALPA for preferential hiring of our furloughed (fellow ALPA) pilots. Sorry USAPA.

So United ALPA is already throwing their furloughed pilots under the bus? That didn't take long. Do your United furloughees know how you feel about them? The only pilots that are furloughed at US Airways that were pre Nicolau are west pilots. Are you saying you hope they don't get hired at Delta if they want to go there? Your post sounds a little like gloating. But at who's expense???

ALPA negotiating with itself, while fooling dues paying members that they are having any effect on the company that will help the pliot... What is new? They have done that for decades.

Now if you told me that ALPA was trying to secure hiring for Nic list pilots that were allegedly furloughed out of seniority, because the mighty ALPA is doing their best to uphold their pinky promise, then you would have something new.

Delta already has preferential hiring for all furloughed ALPA pilots. I am sure that we will take as many UA pilots as possible. The limit now is the number of bypass furloughed pilots that now want to come back and the flows from Compass and Mesaba. Between those two, there will be few pilots in the initial 305 that come from the normal new hire process.

Yet the whole reason for my post and subsequent inquiry is becaues you keep repeating the same old diatribes....

Tastes great, less filling. Binding arbitration, binding ratification... Your turn. :D

Now if you'd just substitute USAPA where it says ALPA, you'd be right. See below:

USAPA is failing everyone at US Airways, except Parker, Kirby and Seham. Fools.

As usual you get it all wrong. They are trying to help furloughs secure a job now rather than waiting a year or more to return to UA at the bottom... where they were when they left.

As for USAir, well USAPA is too busy screwing things up on your property to have the forethought of trying to secure jobs for your own pilots at Delta. I guess they figure it's not important since it would only help west pilots and not east pilots. Oh wait, that's right... you already lost a DFR suit for not representing the west interests. Whats new?

Oh well, once the courts fix the problem, the pilots furloughed out of seniority will get their jobs back and I'm sure the damages awarded will make them whole again.

  :D The bobber went all the way under that time.

Just curious.

Will you accept binding ratification even if it includes the Nicolau Award?

Even under ALPA, accepting or rejecting the integrated seniority list occurred at ratification. Nothing has changed accept that time keeps on marching. I don't know if I'll still be around by the time if/when there is a ratification vote.

Everyday I wake up and pinch myself to see if I am still dreaming.. Today is one more day that Lance and J.P. don't have their foot on my neck and their hand in my pocket?! :D

Nope, you have Cleary's hand in your pocket and the AFO's foot on your neck.

Same dues rate plus more assessments than you paid at ALPA. When is usapa going to get you a better contract?

You're giving the angry mob who has been running and will be running USAPA just a bit longer, too much credit. They aren't capable of screwing anything up other than their own careers.
