You need to calm down, clear. Nothing of what you posted is true, try again. We'll see what the appeal brings us in NC but I am confident this is going to be costing your side some dinero.
Are you saying all that paperwork in PACER is fake?

Great job on the spelling BTW!

The capitalization makes it a defined term so it only refers to the list(s) that are contained in the contract(s). Sections 22, east and west respectively, state (paraphrasing) "the System Seniority List shall be the list contained in this agreement". Nic is not a System Seniority List because it is not contained in any ratified Section 22. You can say what you want about the chances of that ever happening but this is a plain fact.

Okay, I will buy your explanation, and consider the answere to my original question as no

Since, you'll be paying us back every nickle, perhaps it's a good idea to start investing in a piggy bank. That way it won't be SUCH a shock to your household income when the bill collector comes knocking.

The only thing bigger than our resolve to end this is our pocketbooks.

Past tense, I see. but keepem coming.

Passed up $100K/year for 800 hrs sick time - another classic...

Jim
Jim, At my pay rate 800 sic hours is worth over $81K + the $17K DC money. I make a $100K in my position here. So whats the classic part?

Take your socks off...you'll need all of your fingers and toes to follow along...

Assuming any of what you say is true, the sick time is only worth $81K if you call in sick for...let me see...$81K worth of trips. Net gain $0

The $17K in DC money...yup, that'd be put in the ole account by those trips you called in sick for. Net gain $0

You passed up a $100K job to sit at home waiting to be recalled to a $100K job - which may be an $80K job after the furloughs. Net loss while sitting at home $?? . Net loss after furloughs $??.

Now, you could have taken that $100K job offer...

Pay while on furlough net gain $100K/year

You could have taken a couple of days off when recalled, shown up, retire, and sell that sick time back. You would have had nearly the $17K to put in your own retirement account.

So you lost money...pretty big money. And you don't even realize it - the laughs just keep on coming...

Jim

That's right on the money, funny thing is the top 500 are right along side with the less junior have not seen that here in awhile.

The top 500 WERE on board.

Not as many now, and more each day are growing tired of substandard pay, work rules, and vacation.

You will see a turn of the tide if USAPA loses in the 9th.

I'm not sure of the exact number but it's not 517 any more. Many retired prior to the change in the Age 60 rule.

Dog,

I wouldn't even waste my time with BB.........imagine all the knowledge you could have gained by flying with him. Like we always said......you get paid 101.90 per hour and get free flight instruction from BB or some well qualified westie!

Hate

Ya know - I really should have let Dog enjoy his fantasy and keep thinking of all that money he's made by coming back. Ignorance is bliss...

Actually, the name's not Jim. That's not my quote.

Thanks for the interest though. Things are fine enough, if you enjoy stagnation, frustration and dissent.

2010 is a new year. Maybe something good will happen here after all. One can only hope.

Why all the reply posts.. and why do people keep trying to explain things.. is he slow or just really important.

Lessee, I'm grilling a couple Ribeyes with some ice cold Shiners and it's 72deg, while my eastern counterparts are stuck in 2 ft of snow.

I'll give 'em this day of separate ops, they've earned it. :)
