US Airways Strained by Pilot Safety Drive

You get what HP had and US get what they had there has been little if any growth you get what you brought to the show ……Fences put them up and get a contract
Then we need another 22 airframes back on West property, because that is what we gave up early on as a demonstration of good faith; as a means to get the 17 year pilots on furlough back into a cockpit even if it meant downsizing on the West.

Fast forward six years and let's see how that good will West to East has been repaid:

- Malicious RICO suit against 18 West pilots;
- Not only incompetent representation at the hands of the East conceived and East controlled union, but negative, regressive representation - the company is more our ally than our own union!
- zero reciprocity of good will - ZERO!

Choke on LOA 93 for all I care. You deserve to retire broke and in the right seat.

How much did the ex steal from you. Aren't you the one hiding on this board?

Geez I seem to be hiding in plain sight. She's so far into her addiction that the next contact I have will likely be from the Coroner. Your comment demonstrates a complete lack of class, but then again I've come to expect nothing less from you.

As to pilot safety, I'm not certain exactly how your stalker like behavior contributes

Then why not go back to your original screen name?

Because I don't answer to you! Never have never will. Have you ever stared down the barrel of a 9mm Baretta? Pointed at you by her main dealer? If mot then STFU.

I wasn't put on this earth to answer to the likes of you. On the advice of Law Enforcement I was told to protect myself and if you think I'm answering to you? F Off

If the judge didn't buy it he would have denied the injunction before now...

Absolutely. Judge Conrad is a lightening rod: http://www.judgingtheenvironment.org/library/letters/pfaw-04-28-08_4th_circuit_letter.pdf

His enjoining a labor union is bound to garner scrutiny by Circuit judges at the 4th who don't share his ideology, and he knows it.

"Moreover, in Judge Conrad's case, his short tenure on the District Court has not served to put to rest the concerns raised by his pre-judicial record. To the contrary, he has “consistently ruled against plaintiffs alleging employment discrimination,” he appears hostile to the rights of criminal defendants, and, sitting by designation on the Fourth Circuit, he joined an anti-environmental ruling overturning a District Court decision that the Army Corps of Engineers had violated the Clean Water Act in approving a permit for the discharge of material from mountain-top mining."

Sounds like maybe he is familiar with the COTUS and rules accordingly. Which actually might be good for the workers at US

There are those who would say that criticism from PFTAW is the best endorsement he can get...

Actually, in major non-hub (but should be) I had to explain to ATC (several are my friends) in the tower why call signs less than 700 are expected to act like assholes. I was called by controllers who used to handle PSA, play golf with us and could not understand the dysfunctional A&W way of doing business. The term, scabs, got their attention in a way I did not expect. Wow! They really hate scabs.

The agents in said hub are very cautious around segments involving call signs of less than 700. They consider them, ah, problem children, at best. And the agents are former A&W people.

and, that is just one "destination".
What?!?? All I saw was scab in your post and assumed you were talking about the two that are working in your union.

Touchy Sparrow. Maybe you need to go back to your corner of the board. It was nice when you were minding your own business. And as for your little made up drama - save it. No one buys it. You made it up to garner attention. If you really wanted to protect yourself you would have left this public forum. You're a BS monger.

Move,

You've crossed the line - using what was told to you in confidence as a club to attack someone. I'd recommend taking a couple of steps back.

While I agree with you, you are not too credible when talking about someone else crossing the line.

Jim, your PM is not the only one I got on him. Not even close.
So? If you're honest you'll admit that my pm was the only one containing certain info - told to you in confidence - and I'm disgusted that you glibly use that as a stick to publicly attack someone.
