Are the pay rates listed at http://www.iam141.org/usafinaloffer.htm still valid? Thanks.

yes this so called alleged contract is the valid. but if you are in the class II the contract is valid if it is not outsourced. most of the class II cities are outsourced thanks to the iam failure to negogiation with the company

It was not failure to negotiate, your Fleet Service Negotiating Committee was there, why don't you ask the PHL members what happened?

Ask PHL or CLT !

The Hub FSA's sold their borthers out. Obviously I dont have all the numbers, but in our station there was not one yes vote for this contract. Sadly the FSA position will be like the Utility positon, gone except for our Hubs.

We don't have to ask them, as we all know what happend already.
SOLD DOWN THE RIVER....That sums it all up. Hopefully the PHL Boys will get sold down the River in the future as well. Maybe AWA will impose their top rate on them, and they can work for $14 an hour!!

The bottom line is your coworkers ratified the final offer.

You can blame the IAM, you can blame the company, bottom line is your own fellow fleet service brothers and sisters ratified it.

yeah thats right our brothers and sisters of the wonderful iam did vote for it--in the class 1 cities. in my city, no votes were about the only thing flying and asking the good old boys of the iam when they came, they had no, repeat NO answers.

THE NEEDS OF THE MANY OUTWEIGH THE NEEDS OF THE FEW

PHL members did not want to give up catering, even though the company promised no layoffs and to absorb all displaced catering fleet service to the ramp.

It was not a t/a it was a final offer from the company, the members have minds and used them to cast their votes and ratify.

The union is not just the reps, it is every single rank and file member.

No. The "union" is everyone at the hubs. The people at the field stations are expendible items whose only use is to pay dues. Their vote never counts and they are treated by the unions and their fellow union members accordingly.

See once again you have no idea of what you are talking about.

Everyone's vote counts. But in the end majority rules, that is democracy.
