Do you think a real intelligent person would tell someone they sux? If he is no longer in the industry and he comes to this site HE is the one that is pathetic.I'll be on here until a contract is signed, then that's it. I got better things to do even if it's just picking my nose. If Glenn was truly  smart he would stay on the Water Cooler. I kinda like the riff raff
I'm going to shut it down after we get a JCBA as well. I'm going to make sure I have a lot better things to do.

But many will remain still trying to spin the same wheels they've been spinning for too many years now.

At work I'll start reading books again on my down time.

I was astonish when I started posting that people really put a value on a positive or negative vote. Or care what the other poster think about them. I actually enjoy when people slam me it's entertaining .

I like to bust their chops about the red marks personally. I did have one guy that I felt I went too far with personally and it made me feel bad so I came back and apologized. Some people on here do take things a little too seriously. I think Social Media comments sometimes dig into people's real insecurities about themselves. Like Keith Emerson.

People should take a chill pill. There's no one on here I hate and certainly no one I want to hurt.

By the way, WeAAsles, did you notice that the Verizon workers on the East Coast went on strike?  Out in the streets kind of strike?  After all, they had endured 7 (SEVEN) whole months of negotiations without a contract.  Did you feel their pain?

(Sorry, but I just couldn't resist after all you guys have gone through.  )

Apples to Oranges, they are under the NLRA which has contracts that expire, CBAs under the RLA dont expire.

Welcome to the Airline industry and the Railway Labor Act.

They're already claiming the sky is falling.I expect them to announce a major overhaul/refit to the 767 fleet to make 'profit' vanish like fog in morning sunlight.
Wait, they'll increase the buyback and raise the dividend.Improve the customer experience...what am I saying?

My sister is among the strikers works for Verizon 30 + years another huge company making  huge profits wanting  concessions. not really a laughing matter if you have a mortgage

I love how you and this guy are doing this back and forth. This worldport would crawl over you to collect his concessionary contract or cross any picket line.

You are both pathetic and deserve each other.

AA management has you both trained well. You are /exactly/ what they want, and you put it on a public forum for them to flaunt in a negotiating session.

I remember well when Eastern Airlines used things like what you posted in prep for their strike: statements like you are making $100,000+ as a baggage handler.

You will generate a great deal of sympathy from people when posting that on a forum. The vast majority of the working public would take what you posted and say that you are way overpaid and that AA should cut your pay now and lower ticket prices. They would also say "give me that job for half the pay and I will do it tomorrow".

You are too stupid to realize what you are doing to yourselves.

As xUT would say, you suck!

Now I remember Glenn was part of the failed NWA AMFA strike. What a joke  the strike always reminded me of the"new Coke" or Independence Air" in that you knew it was going to fail when it was still on the drawing board.Glenn was sent running with his tail between his legs Yipe yipe yipe

Guess you don't realize they are allowed to strike and airline unionized employees aren't allowed till the NMB lets them.

Guess you did readnt the agents contract which sucks and they are CWA.

I guess you just ignore that when we could have been released during Mediation to a 30 day cooling off period the twu didn't pursue it.

As for the agents contract I don't think the twu/IAM represented groups can point the finger at anyone. We are industry leaders in givebacks.
