sherri will host a town hall meeting on tues nov 12 at the a-west crew room at 330pm. we al b#tch and complain about her so much and the things that are done wrong. now is your time to vent to her and let her know how you feel. i will not be there as i talk to her constantly so she knows how i feel about stuff. any way off to 5:15 am opr. that's what 11 years gets you around here.

I really hope you will be there, EMBFA. Whatever "excuses" for our issues that management provides, I know you will be a perfect one to knock them down as unacceptable. I agree that they should provide you an individual podium as you know more about the job than they do. Rally the troops behind you and don't cut Shambles any slack! We're counting on you!!!

God I hope that this event is videotaped. I enjoy nothing more than watching savvy and intelligent Flight Attendants slamming Sherri and her cronies up against the wall!

Ugh, I won't be able to go. I have a trip. Had I known I would have bid around it in order to attend. Please post a recap of the meeting for those of us that can't make it.

And please people, don't hold anything back. Ms. Shambles needs to be held accountable for her mis-management of the inflight
department. Do we even need to start a list of what needs to be said or are we all on the same page?

She can spare one whole hour!? Hark, I'm blessed to be in her presence. And what in the h*** is with 2 days notice? She just drops in? I think she has been taking cues from AFA PHL with this meeting notification. SUPRISE!
Oh, she is going to get an earful. Enough is enough around here. How about the AboutUS talking about our DUMP crew room? NOW it's Summer of 08. It was suppose to be done last October. They have not even started yet with construction! If that's the case put some new carpeting down and hire some painters and get some furniture. Of course bolt it to the floor so it won't float away. It sets the tone for you whole trip checking in down there. Like walking into the dungeon.

ok, i know i am gonna get nailed for this but we should be kinda gratefull that she is doing this. when have we ever had a vp of inflight hold a town hall to listend to f/a concerns. sherrie groff never did this . so take advantage of the opportunity. tell her what you feel, be candid as well. reserves please please please push the creserve system to her. lodos , let het know that we need a second lodo onboard the a330,block holders express you candid concerns to her as well.do not hold back. she is doing this for a reason and it's to here you guys out. take advantage of it .

I was just forwarded an email that says a PHL supervisor told someone she canceled her meeting. Scheduling reasons. Can anyone confirm this is true?
Etops, Sherri is like the Queen of England for the most part. She can barely get a bathroom hall pass without approval from Parliament (MARKETING). I say why even have the position since all she does is float around like a goodwill ambassador that's half informed and surrounds herself with YES MEN. Sherry Groff was the same really but had some class. Her hands were tied in 2 bankruptcies. So then Sherry just sat in her CCY office 4 days a week and filed her nails while planning her next party in Huntington Beach. How she is a VP in the Cruise Ship business...laughing at us. I still want to run into her in LAX and stomp on her foot.

Grateful? Sherri's only job is to make sure we have the tools to do your job! She should be grateful that we have spent the last 2 years doing what we could to hold this mess together. If we didn't scrape ice together, beg, borrow and steal supplies from other aircraft, 75% of our passengers would go thirsty! I mean we have been serving drinks on airplanes for about 70 years...until 2 years ago without any problems! Who is at fault? Not us! Her! The whole it's in your contract thing is valid for some issues, however most of the things that go wrong on a daily nay flight by flight basis lay squarely at her door step. She should be grateful that we care enough to show up for yet another Dog and pony show. For 2 years now In-flight, under her guidance, has been getting ready to get ready...and it's still not ready!
