we were informed by the local union guys here at taesl, that the company does not have to redue the rif if they get it 70% right. said it was in the contract. so they can screw 30% of the people and just say oh well we got 70% right. oh and i am on my way to ord.

Someone hires Lee Seham and files a duty of representation lawsuit, and I bet these "local union guys" change their tune.

In contrast, you are a devout worshipper of concessions instead of taking a stand. And this is only because you are protecting your ibt appointed, over paid position, within the organization.

Regardless of the choice to get rid of the TWU, we can change again if we are not happy with the outcome of our choice for change. If you really work for UAL you have taught us all this real well. You act as if our decision is the last choice we will ever have. Simply not true.
