Sorry weez 23000 is wrong, it's 20324, and I did fire off a e-mail to the author of that letter, and cc-ed all the heads of the locals, Fa did respond, and a new letter can out, although it didn't reflect the correct number of eligible members. And the EBO people get nothing.

The EBO people and even people before them will get what they were entitled to. Again that was the (very tiny) percentage on the Medical and 757 grievance settlement of the piece of the original 4% that was held for mistakes.

Basically that part will amount to chump change though.

Auditing creates both transparency and prevents any more (hopefully) idiot Lawsuits from popping up.

He said that at the monthly membership meeting so to answers you no he didn't put it in writing but said it in front of the membership of local 513. Some have questioned if this was a good idea and wouldn't it be better to be like Victor did and not give a timeframe. But in my dealings with Fa and maybe you remember him from your DFW days, he is a man of few word's but the utmost integrity. That and that same smile he always has, the kind that says I could rip every limb off your body if I wanted to, but smile the whole time. If he says something especially something he knows his membership has been waiting so long for I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt and take him at his word on this one

considering that was put out 2 1/2 weeks ago...i'm sure the Q & A will have a lot of depth.

they may time it's release with an equity distribution prior to thanksgiving. i realize it's halloween season, not much time for attorneys except for costumes, shopping for candy and decorations.
