considering that was put out 2 1/2 weeks ago...i'm sure the Q & A will have a lot of depth.

they may time it's release with an equity distribution prior to thanksgiving. i realize it's halloween season, not much time for attorneys except for costumes, shopping for candy and decorations.

I honestly think there is no Q&A coming out. Or if it does it will be long after the fact. They are probably very close to distributing and figure the rumblings for answers will stop after any distribution so put out a letter stating our lawyers are working on it to buy some more time and hopefully before another flood of emails get sent to Mr. Mayes the funds will start flowing. They could have had this Q&A ready after the 9th circuit turned the retirees down the last time, the odds of them filing with the SC was the same as me winning powerball
