So M.F. I know that you review this board so how do you feel about our VP saying nasty statements about the people that she is supposedly representing.

With regard to the MEC President, he has absolutely NO jurisdiction on ANY local officers. The MEC President takes direction from the local President(s) who are the only VOTING members of the MEC.

Comments written or said by any local officers are not in Mike F scope. only the members of that council.

Evidently, the only person who is exposing and obviously coming up with facts to substantiate what is being alleged that creates an investigation by the AFA International is the PHL LEC VP.

So what happens now?? Double top secret probation and she has to write, "I Will not fly ETB trips while drawing FPL" 500 times on the blackboard?

BTW I got an e-mail from her this morning stating she was in the office so I guess posting on US aviation is legitimate Union Business.

I think it was more disappointment. But her catalyst was Laura, Mike F. and Alin (thier whipping boy DCA LECP). Mike and Laura were attempting to recall the moment Laura took office. They are the officers that forced a resignation.

I don't believe Terry has the mind set to know what the heck she attempted to do. And I don't believe she understood the ramifications of those actions. The major issues that the (then)MECP was working on, with great momentum, specifically the DCP policies, ceased. A modified DCP policies would have decreased the timeline of each level and subsequentely, the number of grievances and terminations... which are currently insurmountable in PHL and in CLT. That's unfortuate for the membership.

What was expected was that the new MECP Mike would have picked up that ball as requested, but he was severely inexperienced with the argument and handicapped in this kind of negotiations. Labor Relations knew it, and the ball was lost.

There was never a friendship in any capacity. There was only a working relationship in concession #1, 2002. She had major deficits and limited capacity during those negotiations.

From my understanding, she is the only rep. they have that can argue their disciplines and grievances. I don't know the success rate. Only the members can measure that.

I am sure glad that this is not going on in Charlotte. This is very upseting that this is going on at such a critical time for us. Philly's council 70 was always so strong and now it seems that they are all to busy fighting and outing out each other. What a shame!

I have one today at 14:30 everyone knows my cell phone so I have not missed any calls Please understand Council 70 is caught up on all Termination cases waiting to go to System Board. I choose not to work in the office at 5 hours a day however working for free is better I am O.K. I did not know what 5 days she would choose and after doing all cases in the past year except for 3 I am better off as a free...............Agent

Your point with this please. The fact that you are currently doing this for free now we should be grateful why. Post how much you have made this year before this date. Amazing how you all seemed so close and were sticking together like glue then things start getting sticky and all three of you start outing each other.

Yes, we do rely on her. For very good reason. I would assume that spell checking and grammar checking herself on a board that is rife with misinformation and general inaccuracy is not her first priority. This is pure entertainment, nothing more.... She is well spoken at meetings and on the aircraft, and gets the job done. Otherwise, I doubt that she would have been voted into office in the first place.
