Does anyone have numbers for stations not having posted yet

So far I have these;

STATION NO YES

SNA 19 1
EWR 29 5
PIT 316 24
BUF 4 42
JAX 9 24
ORD 32 6
CLT 720 20
PHL 816 65
DCA 99 37
MIA 8 21
BWI 30 4
LAS 115 170
PHX 52 578

though unconfirmed I believe MIA was a yes vote by a wide margin [like 20 people] and LGA was 83 No, 5 Yes, however both are unconfirmed, should have confirmations tomorrow.

BOS & MCO tomorrow, TPA Friday. All reported in as a big no. Hopefully a unanimous NO since a Yes vote is now a vote for Parker. As of now, 71% NO's across the system, if BOS, etc join the "Big No" team then the NO vote may approach 80%.

Remember, fleet service has held its position and stuck with Plan A, which is a fair and equitable contract. The Canale/Parker plan that attacked Plan A got flushed down the john. Your company needs to be in transition so continue to hold your position with Plan A.
FWIW: It's not really all that important what the company sez, I'm serious about that, don't listen to the company babble you might get from the IAM.
The IAM bosses are running around shouting everything the company has said it will do if you vote this down. Big deal! If Parker sez he will run two separate airlines if he can't get transitions then let him lose out on the synergy loss. If he wants to risk potential merger partners or other financial dealings by keeping things separate then that's his decision. Even Boss Canale said, "The company can not participate in another merger UNTIL it has agreements in place with the machinists union."
What's important is what you, fleet service do. It will be a fight to get what you deserve, and the fight isn't over, it's just begun. The way I figure, if Fleet service doesn't get a contract with dignity and respect then parker won't get a transitioned airline. Bottom line.

And Arbitration is just a 'sweet bonus' but separate from Plan A. Screw any though of Plan B.

Ah once again you think you know so much.

Go ask the Utility that work in the PIT and CLT Hangars who are there about the classification being eliminated.

Line Utility was outsourced.

The M&R NC never reached an agreement with the company, it was a final offer ratified after the judge abrogated the CBA.

And our group during the 30 day cooling off period did work by the book, currently the membership lacks the gonads to work by the book, they voted in a piece of crap final offer and have to live with the results. I for one voted know and moved on.

Don't let the facts get in your way, and I was a Stock Clerk when I left US, I was Utility during Negotiations.

Ah once again YOU think you know so much. Let me tell you 700UW, and I think I speak for the majority, you are really getting annoying. You say you left US? Let it go Dude. Even though everyone has the right to post on here this fight is with the present membership vs. the company and the Union in which you so cherish. I think the membership is fed up with the slime and deceit that they have subjected us to and your comments only make you seem less credible every post. Give it up dude and quit wasting our time. We don't drink the IAM koolaid so its all yours. Drink up! Congratulations too the membership. This is the best showing I've seen since the Teamsters were here. Also everyone give the Westies a break! Once the AWA koolaid is out of their systems they will see the light. I think it is wearing off in LAS faster than everywhere else. Way to go Mendenhall. Its only just begun!

I agree,I only wish the best for all out west.Drink more water, beer or what ever it takes, and spend some time in the sun and sweat that KoolAid out of your system.Theres a new OASIS just over the next dune brothers.

All this talk about new hires voting yes, is really getting me annoyed.

I know i should not be annoyed at the situation, but I for one an a New Hire in CLT and i got all the new hires i could muster to go out and vote, i told them vote how they feel but i gave them the reasons i was voting NO.... There were atleast 190 extra NO votes that were gonna be none votes or YES votes just from explaining the new T/A...

but over 97% of the vots in CLT were NO so i'm happy about that

everyone else do what you have to do... but a Yes vote from me, would mean a 70 cent pay cut ... if you add the 40 cent per hour profit sharing and the 30 cent pay cut... the vote was simple for me

UPdate:

FLL results just came across the email network and have been confirmed

FLL

No: 61
Yes: 1

Way to go Lauderdale! Hopefully BOS, TPA, MCO, and all the others will join you in voting for solidarity instead of voting a yes for Parker.

other stations have come in but not confirmed. The vote is ticking towards 75% NO and could hit 80% No with a voter turnout of over 50%. Workers are pissed off bigtime!

...As they should be!

Kudos to all of you at US who are taking the time to educate others and encouraging them to get out and vote.
From all of us on the east---to all of you on the west------

Trust us--we feel your pain----we all really do understand---I for 1 have 25 years and am at the bottom of the seniority list and that's after everything else that's been taken away---so we do feel for you guys----

You just need to trust us...we know what management is capable of and we certainly know what the IAM (I AM MANAGEMENT) team did to us---I'm tired of this BS that the judge did this and that----There were things in our contract that no one else (even the M&R) did not get crammed down their throats---just our group-----

Don't be fooled by the rantings that are sure to come from the Company or the Union----We all know what we deserve---we certainly see that Doug and the boys have no problems taking more then their fair share------

So hang in there we as a whole group now have shown our anger and frustration which will make us a strong force to be reckoned with....

This union will now have to earn its keep and actually work for us for a change---no more easy way out----

I for one am very proud of this group---and thanks to all who voted YES or NO strong participation = a strong voice at the table-----

This is not about East vs West. Its about whats best for all of us(rampers). If we all stick together we(East and West) will all come out winners. Everybodys opinion counts and should be respected. The company wants to divide us and then play us against each other. Don't let this happen. Together we stand divided we fall.

Well said-----I am just trying to help those on the west understand that we are all in this together-------Hope they understand that's all-----

Im not sure, but my interpretation is:
1. Thousands of Utility are gone but we still have a couple to sweep the hanger.

2. The M&R never reached an agreement with the company , This speaks to his ineffective negotiating skills

3. He voted know, took the payoff, and ran.

Distorted facts won't easily fool me.
1. There were never thousands of Utility working at US, at the height of employment it was around 700 systemwide, they were only staffed at mtc stations, which was 22 cities. They work on the planes, not sweeping floors.

2. Were you there at CCY? I was, along with the rest of the committee, the company never wanted to reach an agreement, all they wanted was to layoff and outsource which NO union could agree too. I was one of eight people, not the only person on the NC.

3. I voted NO, not "know", never took any money, did not take a voluntary furlough and left.

4. Don't let the facts get in your way!

I'd take the above comments one step further....

As an Crew Chief at another IAM carrier (NWA), I see it as an excellent first step in improving the lot of *all* of us at our respective carriers. The time for stopping the downward spiral is now.

This should also serve as a clarion call to the IAM (at 141, 142 & 143) that "mailing it in" is no longer good enough. We're all out of BK now, so no more excuses. For too long-either through apathy, greed or both- the IAM has been content to take the easy way out. Usually the only passion left (for lack of a better term) is seen at the local level.

No more demolishing of scope.

No more selling out one group on a property for another.

No more pitting hubs against field/class 2 stations (or in our case here A, B & C stations).

And before someone jumps in here with "you don't work at US, you don't have a dog in this fight," remember that what is accepted in one carriers CBA invariably shows up in the other's...So yes, in that sense, we're all in this together.

Again, kudos to all of you for saying, no, shouting "ENOUGH!"

700,
Seems there is always that one pesky "Fact" that you choose not to print.

It was the IAM, [NOT the Membership], that decided to RE-VOTE the companies offer..

The utility workers were nothing but a bargining chip for the mechanics. Now the IAM wants to do the same thing with the rampers. I refuse to be that chip and will fight for what is rightfully ours to the bitter end. IMO the message is loud and clear.

Thanks Kev for your input here and you could not be more right on----Hope it gets better for you guys too---enough is enough----
