There will be NO money or conditions until and after the Arbitration and then into the next calibrated contract that results in both AWA and OLD US Airways coming to agreements on all contract conditions. All this is about is getting you guys to side with the IAM to push a crap contract onto everyone.The IAM has not done its job.They have not told you the truth.

During his and Rich Johnson' visit to Phoenix during the acquiescences of IAM over TWU Bill addressed us at the smoking area. He then addressed the adjenda as to how the ARBRATION was addressed. Two day of verbal, one month written, two months into the time the ARBITRATOR then dictates the decision. Some time during this he divulged he was an attorney. And he stated the Abitration is no more than a decision as to weather union or company then have an UP on the next round of contract talks. No one East or West got money until the next round of talks on the united West or East until a New Contract. Ask him youself.

So in other words he's saying as soon as you guys help us dump the arbitration you will get a raise.We wont have to go to sec 6 like we should yada yada yada.
