Now I understand when Jeff sez the west negotiator is 'knowledgable'. The west negotiator is Chandlee and the west thinks he's a freakn attorney! [lol] Imagine that, Chandlee!! I don't think Wimpy center gives out real degrees let alone law degrees but I bet they also think he's from Harvard! What a mind job!

The west negotiation team not only failed to negotiate in section 6 but they must be smoking crack to make Chandlee an attorney and the 'expert' opinion on the arbitration case. Everyone who knows bill chandlee knows he can't put 4 words together.

I still do not like your answer to Tim's question. "No I do not think that will happen." OK thats your opinion.
My question is can the west be brought under the east contract without a vote? If so why would the IAM do that?
How would that be in the best interest of our western brothers?

OTOH....I have had dealings with Tim in the past and you can count on him being very up front with you.

On a serious note. The pay scale that you posted yesterday was passed around today at philly.
It helps people get a better understanding that we are in better position now then with that garbage contract we voted on.
Oh an by the way jeff wasnt in today he was out golfing.

This is a FACT! You, IAM, fellas, will now go into negotiations for AWA. Like it or NOT. YOU! represent us, both east and WEST!
You will not have the privelege to WAIT until the COC is exhausted. YOU, represent US and we pay your wages. It is time to start. Yesterday was too late.

I'd like to organize a picket at the IAM local out in PHX or LAS. I'm not a guy who likes to swear but there is no other way to say this other than the IAM is blowing smoke up your collective as#es. I know this sounds odd, but instead of picketing Parker, it seems to me that housekeeping matters need to be dealt with first. Know what I mean?
Chandlee himself picketed the IAM INTL in Washington with PHL workers in 1999. Problem was that Billy was not strong enough and ended up being pimped off by the IAM with the next $100,000 job.

You guys are getting screwed worse than anyone. The IAM has done nothing for you guys in 18 months, not even one section 6 negotiations. NOT EVEN ONE. All they keep saying is COC COC COC. But it isn't just affecting you guys. By not going into section 6, it is also putting the screws to the east siders. Everyone is getting screwed as the IAM is scrambling and has lost control.

You guys need to already be paving the way in section 6 so that if nothing's settled then the east siders can join you when their contract is up. But to sit and do nothing except talk about the COC this, the COC that, is treason against all members.

This if the FACT of the COC. It is nothing more than company or union getting an UPPER on the next contract. There will be NO money or conditions until and after the Arbitration and then into the next calibrated contract that results in both AWA and OLD US Airways coming to agreements on all contract conditions. Now! Prove me wrong! Go ask Chandlee yourself.

I don't want to bust your balls but I've known Billy Chandlee, your west coast negotiator, for a long time. We've talked over the years. Heck I've been to his freakn house. i dont' have to inquire about him being an attorney. You gotta be crapping me?

What else is the IAM telling you folks? I'm even more curious now.

And Billy, I know you read this board, why don't you set the west straight on this stuff? What the hell?
