Through "you'se" personally asserted inability to do so: Are "you'se" now extending the arguable case that the "spartans" couldn't/can't actually, even READ, and thus were/are utterly incapable of understanding the verbage within the MOU?...As "you'se" lawyers would have us believe? Frankly?....If "you'se" wish to assert yourselves as nothing more than hapless and illiterate village idiots....Well...Who am I to argue against that many-times-here-well-evidenced-position?

Because I personally talked to Andy Hunt and Jay and I asked them to clarify the following statement as to exactly who they were referring when stating "BPR":
 
Unfortunately, recent actions by members of the BPR in knowingly disseminating false information to our pilots make it clear that the governing body lacks the integrity our pilots deserve. We refuse to be a part of any of that, and so we feel duty-bound to resign from the Ballot Certification Committee.

What you probably don't know is that the BCC has no authority to but all the responsibility (sound familiar?) to run these ballots. It has proven to be very frustrating to say the least that one or another political faction (read Reps) wishes to influence the outcome every time! Jay, Wes and myself have simply had enough. The personal and professional attacks by certain individuals have gone too far too often. It's just not worth the time and sacrifice both we and our families make to put up with such petty crap.

OK.  So let's just evaluate this message for a moment.  (I know Jay and Wes, BTW.  Just saw Wes at the airport a few days ago.)  First, it is no "secret" that we have political "factions" on the BPR.  When you have three West reps who try to do anything and everything along with West committee members who do the same is it any real surprise?  Or Washington reps who seem to say they support a unified group yet somehow seem to believe that West reps have everyones best interests at heart when even Koontz believes in "individual first, then the group.  Having said all that, there has been and always been "petty crap" in politics and unions are no exception.  The reps, like any other POLITICAL party has every right to express their views.  Much of what ANYONE has to say about political opposites most often always brings "pettiness".
 
So, have the BCC been subjected to attacks or just tired of it in general.  Then they can get in line with the rest of us.

P.S. What "you'se" responded to was but two sentences and a question, and hardly even a respectable portion of any paragraph. Years ago I heard that the NC refused to insist on complete and clear language for the contract because is would necessitate a contract "the size of a phone book." Well, now with the advent of our iPad technology, I vote for the "phone book" contracts.

Just to be safe I would make it the size of the encyclopedia Britannica and the World Book combined.

 You kindly overlook the obvious. While we all tend to assume and assign some degree of relative intelligence to others, such notions are simply without warrant in many "spartan" cases. One naturally (at least initially) presumes a more or less common pool within any environment, but that model just does not play out successfully in this east-west "we're all pilots" instance. It's admittedly taken me many years to fully accept that some of these "pilots" could actually be as incredibly stupid as they obviously are.

Until seeing the fine videos from the likes of "Cap'n Aux" and ilk, and hearing/seeing such as "I hate all of you'se"...I'd, very honestly, never even previously imagined that such hopeless, utter morons, could even possibly be plying the skies as supposed "Pilots" in any fashion....anywhere. For me personally...well nic? = Not the biggest issue. What's proved most dissapointing and disillusioning is dealing with the clear and uncontestable evidence that damm near anything that walks (mostly upright) and maintains a pulse, can be mistakenly termed a "Pilot" nowadays...Just so long as Mommy and Daddy buy such halfwits their licenses.
