2339N wasnt the IAM treating their members poorly, that was the Former President who was fired from CO and the IAM got him his job back, he did things that were against the IAM constitution and was irresponsible financially, he was removed from office, tried by the IAM per the IAM Constitution and the lodge was put under trusteeship to get it back on its course.

When I was a rep, CO's FAs was one of my assignments, I was on their NC during 2005 negotiations, and spent a lot of time in IAH, EWR and CLE.

Once again you post lies and misinformation, even thought it was explained to you many times on here about the actions of Robert Korzich.

Funny the IAM CSA and RES at WN are the highest paid in the industry, the former IAM/CO FA's were the second highest paid in the industry behind CO.

And at US the IAM M&R do more work in-house than any other airline, except AA, but that is coming to change with AA's massive outsourcing, yet I dont see you complaining about the TWU.

I dont see you complaining how WN has over 600 planes and only do four lines of check and the rest is outsourced.

I dont see you whining about the IBT at CO and UA since they outsource more work than any legacy.

I dont see you whining about ALPA and how they caused the massive job losses with the invent of the RJs taking over mainline flying that the pilots have agreed too.

I dont see you whining how AMFA failed at NW, Alaska and ACA and Independence Air.

The TWU started the ball rolling on concessions back in 1983, not the IAM.

And I guess you have totally forgotten that all the major US carriers were in Chapter 11 since 2001, and unions are forced by law to negotiate concessions or face abrogation, which we did at the M&R at US.
So keep posting lies, I will call you out every time, see I have a great memory, but do you have a learning disability?

Because every time the facts and the truth are posted here you continually ignore it and keep posting lies and misinformation, I hope you dont do that to your JP Morgan Security customers, you probably do since JP Morgan just was fined $13 billion for their financial wrongdoings.

Absolutely, like 90% of the US work force.

The sCO passenger service agents were better served unorganized under Fly to Win than garbage IAM contract, now many of them have to relocate to hubs just for the privilege of keeping a job! Imagine that!

Josh
90%?????????....O.M.J. ( omg ).  If that many wanted to be unorganized there would be only about 50% with 5yrs or more. The rest would be working somewhere else because of the way US management thinks.
 You truly are scorned

Thats more like it. So tell me. How many of that 90% unorganized do you think have changed jobs more than 3-6 times?.

How many of the 10% organized do you think have kept their jobs or have only changed 1-2 times once unionized?

Now that would be a statistic !

People who are unorganized switch jobs because they are evaluated based on their merit/performance, not seniority/tenure. In many industries like consulting and finance professionals such as myself move around, we follow the money and pursue opportunities when they exist. Union workers at US Airways? You all have stayed around and taken the beating from the company, you are tied to your seniority and don't enjoy the same mobility as other workers.

No its a typo, the former IAM CO FAs were second in the industry to WN.
There you go throwing around a base rate, not the value of the total contract. The base rates were higher but sUA AFA has better work rules, better health care, among other things.

What has Kev said about base rates? You can cherry pick facts to prove just about anything.

Josh

You have to ask yourself, why is the Airline industry one of the highest percentage of unionized workers, there is a reason.

And no pension.  The CO FAs have a pension PMUA dont.

You mean the joke called the IAMNPF?

Josh

Wrong again.

They are in the CARP fund, Continental Airlines Retirement Plan, which is negotiated.

And the IAMNPF is one of the best multi-employer plans in the US.

Its 105% funded.

As a recipient of a monthly benefit from both the IAM and PBGC... I can tell you... the IAMNPF rocks!

That stock will be terminated when AA emerges from Chapter 11 on Dec 9th.

BK AMERICAN SHARES GO SKY HIGH!

"Other big winners could include J.P. Morgan Securities, Solus Alternative Asset Management LP, Marathon Asset Management LP and Pentwater Capital Management LP. All held large positions in American's stock at the end of last year, according to court documents."

Isn't that ironic. Wonder if JP Morgan and Josh ( 737823) handle any of the IAMNPF assets?
