do you know why? and is there another date as to when? I figured that since its not in paperless pay that we would not be getting it on the 20th

the excuse given was lack of time to do it correctly (try that next time you have a delay) all was said was by the end of the year.

I feel a case of follow up flu coming on the 20th

always delays last thing I saw was it would be distributed by December 31 That was just before I went on vacation last week so it does not shock me the company delaying this but I do realize theyre not obligated to do this true up but if youre gonna put something out stick to it after all we have to stick to their policies...

You see that's what I try to explain to people sometimes. It's nothing personal to the Lawyers but they just don't live day in and day out in the house. They basically stop by to visit once in awhile. They know exactly what the house looks like but they don't know where all the wires and plumbing run in it.

True, and in my experience there also tended to be a lot of underestimating of what we would present.

I agree they are not obligated by the agreement til Jan 4th but don't put it out there for the 20th if you can't pull it off with a weak excuse.You can bet there's no problem getting those million dollar bonuses they hand out in Dallas correct.

When did the Company put it out they would be making the payment on the 20th? Their communication said, "no later than December 31st."

Can anyone post a photo or link to that official communication?

The only person I saw spreading this "rumor" was Tim Nelson on Facebook. Were people running with something made up by Tim again?

I think Fa will absolutely do a fine job Bob. As far as the continuing nonsense about other guys only having a High School education that doesn't really factor in each individual's over 25 years at AA under a CBA moving from Steward all the way up to President. The only difference between Fa and these other guys is he's had maybe more schooling in the psychological chess game against his opponents.

Again pointing out too many times to count now. All of those negotiators have direct access to professionals many of which have been doing this much longer than Fa. Some even got their degrees before Fa was born.

If what Filter said is true I hope all the guys on the team keep an open mind and give Fa a fair chance to see where his talents may be.

I disagree, I want the pilot that fly's me to no place in particular to have the highest education known to man. Its has been those very individuals with that 25 years plus, that also been steadily giving up all those goodies all of have enjoyed in the past.

It was put out by someone in the negotiating room...that's a fact!
