Dude, LUS Medical has been tossed. Your fly is dead. Sito stepped on it. You can thank PJ and others who sat on their collective arses and trusted Sito and the other mechanic. It gone! I'll try to salvage things, after the fact, when we win the Grand Lodge election, but I think this JCBA may already be signed now. Thanks to PJ and Jay and other Pollyanna kool aid drinkers. BTW, the medical won't even really affect me as I'm the only one on my medical. Mine will go from $20 a month to about $75. My base pay will go up to $33 and I don't work in CLT Catering. Still, it isn't right to give up any concessions when a company makes billions. But it's easier for peeps to believe a convenient lie by the union bosses.

Stop calling people Union bosses when you’re looking to be a Union Boss yourself. It’s a little ridiculous and hypocritical.

YES!!!! You, PJ and WAAsles, and Jaydeman is to blame, if we don’t keep our LUS insurance. 4 guys have that much power!!. I think that might be a big part of his problem. He doesn’t comprehend numbers that well. He thinks two or three or four means everyone!! But that’s fine. Hopefully he will continue to feel that way. We can only hope.
Its gotta make you 4 feel wonderful having so much power. 4 Wizards of Oz.

In the OFF CHANCE your “fly” is inaccurate on the medical, will you come back on here and tell everyone how wrong you were? Or will you:
A) blame the fly? Or
B) take credit for it?
I would put a C) give the NC kudos? ...but....well.....you know...

Actually I think I remember him choosing option C) when they came out with your stand-alone agreement that he was trashing to no end and his info on it was completely off the mark.

His 180 was very funny and I’m sure we’ll be seeing that 180 again. Mark my words.

Huh? I never trashed the stand alone. All info was accurate until the actual last day when the nmb itself instructed the company and things parted.
Company needs the no-displacement language stricken to coordinate with the extremely more favorable part time rules.

I dont think alex has told you everything because the greatest coup wont be abolishing lus health and catering, but abolishing the current pt restrictions.

Lets be real, the union bosses will claim "great TA" and it will pass. And it will be a good ta for the more senior agents who have nobody else on their healthcare, wont be forced pt but, like ord ua, even 25 years wont keep fulltimers in their current sweet bid lines.

The info was accurate till the last day? You mean the Bastards went and changed the whole damn thing on you just mere hours before the official release? Oh, ok then.

Sorry Tim but my “flies” aren’t saying anything about lifting any PT caps (floors) at least on my TWU side. I haven’t even heard “flies” on your end talking about it.

Maybe you need to check your fly?

Raising Pt Caps too? My Fly says cap changes only if it goes lower. I heard to be careful to not be misled by the %. If the pt% increases, match it against current language where LUS has pt of 40% of Total employees. Where even if pt increases, it could be % of FT employees. Which would be less pt. But that is “MY FLY”

Your Flys by night though.

I get this feeling that even if Tim had a decent Fly providing him information this is an area that he doesn’t quite understand and causes him a measure of confusion. Even I have to admit unless I’m looking at it on paper these PT caps and floors confuse me a little too.

MIA probably has the largest percentage of PT for any station in the system and of course we wouldn’t want to be overrun by the group.

I don’t “think” there will be any problem in that area but also to be honest it’s one piece of the total where if there was any large shift of PT growth here I’m going to squarely place the blame on NYer for avoiding being part of the CBA talks. (Without getting back into that nonsense again)

Weas, I hear the concern on pt for TWU members is the floors. If MIA has the largest % already, IMO the impact could be felt more in Dfw.
Whereas the pt % could go system wide without floors for certain cities. But that’s My Night Fly.
