Injunctive relief sought against "change of control"

Hopefully, the Judge will look at this injunction for what it is, which is nothing more than a lame attempt to cover up their oversight.

I dont know,I really dont think it was an oversite.Its been very rare that the company lawyers have ever overlooked much.
But the fact is its in there,signed off and legal.Even approved by the Judge.Its not the first time that the company has allowed things or insisted on things that later did not go in there favor.I figure they said leave it in for bait and we can weisel out of it later is more like it.Good thing and thank you to the union IAM for working on this and staying tuff,I dont always agree with them,but can usually agree to disagree.
