Agreed. And you should be paid comparable to what the costs are for the company if they farm out your work to a Third World Country.Rogallo said:

And you can also tell the Union to beat it because you know that the company is going to pay you a fair wage for the maintenance of their aircraft. You'll make a little more than your El Salvadorian counterpart because they'll want to keep the work in house to maintain quality control but not much.
