b737200 I feel your pain. I agree with what you are saying. We must put our differences to the side. The only problem is until we pull together and stand up against the company and the IAM, we will never be together! The company has always tried to separate the employees. The sad thing is the IAM and let’s not forget ALPA have taken that responsibility from the company! They have hurt the groups more than the company ever could. They have separated the groups by allowing the company to dictate to them instead of standing up for the memberships! I am sorry that I am so upset, but everyday I think about our group and I question where it all went wrong? The only conclusion is that the company has lobbied harder then the people that are supposed to speak for the weak! We have to stand up with one loud voice and demand respect. I hope we can get this done and it may wake up the IAM. Maybe they will want to do better for their other groups! It can't get much worst for them considering the fact they are loosing ground constantly in the aviation industry!
