Explain why the majority of airline employees ARE unionized.

Because under the RLA it is difficult to impossible to decertify barring any merger (like at DL).  Less accountability for the unions and the closed shop ensures the dues flow keeps coming.

Closed shops are negotiated between the employer and the union.

And you still havent explained why the majority of airline employees are unionized.

You tried to use that they are hard to decertify, that doesnt explain why they are unionized at all.

And they can be a dues objector and only pay what is germane to the CBA, you know the Supreme Court ruled on that, Beck vs CWA and Machinists vs Whirpool.

Man up and answer instead of going off on a tangent.

The two sCO NLS F/As I know are both dues objectors of the AFA and were of the IAM as well.  They still pay an agency fee which is wrong, if they worked for DL they wouldn't pay that.  Hopefully we will see a national right to work law and have it be recognized under the RLA.

How is it wrong when they get the pay and benefits from having a CBA?

Let me walk into JP Morgan and demand your services for free, how would that go over?

No one rides for free, so you are smarter than two sets of US Supreme Court Justices?

Where did you get your J.D. from?

And  you still havent answered, why does the airline have one of the majority of unionized employees?

You are going off on tangents and still not answering the question poised to you.

And you still haven't answered why the majority of airline employees are unionized and work under a CBA?
