I don't think it is legal to disclose written minutes of negotiations as they proceed.
Non-disclosures are usually when the company releases its books to the union. The IAM has been known to sign them but many unions don't. The union is free to communicate to its members and the company is also free. Last month Hemenway got pissed and blabbed about offering fleet $19hr.Quote: necigrad
The Company insists on Non Disclosure agreements, and the IAM appears to favor them as well.

Ain't try'n tahh bust yer chops...but... A Non disclosure Agreement is a written... legally binding document.
Hence...it ain't legal for tha Union tah disclose minutes of ongoing negotiations.
I heard one thing today and it reeked of stupidity. Look, we got a bunch of dumb negotiators up there, bottom line. I'm not kiddn, really stupid and I really hate calling anyone dumb.My understanding is, as of around… Noon (EST) today…negotiations were still ongoing… with the Union awaiting a response from the Company, to a Union submitted proposal from yesterday evening.
