From what I understand Ken the company and Union have agreed to NEVER print the contract because it is on Jetnet supposably available to all anytime also the company says that if an employee has to have a copy they can simply print the whole contract from Jetnet, I guess even on company paper.

That is what I have been told ken from the company and the Union.

Maybe a form of cost cutting??? Sounds reasonable to me. Not business savvy to print up the contract for everybody now is it? I'm willing to use my own paper aren't you???? ;)
The problem is TWUer the contract is not worth the paper it is written on. How many letters of agreement have been made since the "letter of agreement" stating "without further ratification"??? Do you think the membership should be able to vote on letters of agreement???

Forget it, I know you will evade the questions.

Well isnt that just great. The other day we were trying to check something concerning sick time however for some reason the contract was not accessible over the computer.

So now we all have to print up our own copy of the contract or allow the company to be the custodian, with the ability to change the language with a few keystrokes. In other words our contract is now the same as the Navigator.

Its time for a real unoin. AMFA and the AGW.

Bob quit looking stupid.

Word is alot of the amfa supporters feel Dave's and Rogers attempt to divert the date to Saturday as a sign the campaign has failed and the Leaders are weak and scared to debate the TWU.

But I understand pressure is being applied and their will be a presence from amfa members, thet want to see why their potential leaders don't want them to see.

I thought that the debate on the 15th was between rank and file TWU members? Isnt that what the rules that the TWU put in place for their meeting state? As far as changing the date didnt one of the AMFA supporters reveal that they were shooting for the 17th prior to when 513 came out with the 15th?

Could you say that again, in English?

Thanks Bob,

The debate is between the Rank and File members of AA, Roger,Dave and you are welcome to sit on the stage to debate, You can even ask Delle and his cult followers Questions if you're not able to answer one.

WHAT PART OF...

Don’t Expect AMFA or AMFA Organizers to Show at the TWU Debate

DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND?

actually don't expect supporters from either side to show up unless you pay them. The Mechanic debate is pointless and everyone knows it.

show up at the Brady theater on Jan. 17th that is where the real action will be.

Dave and Don have the complete support and respect of the System Committee. Behind Dave and Don is also the support of 8636 card signers and climbing. If you feel your bogus comments will make anyone outside of Tulsa lose confidence in their ability to get the job done, you are definitely smoking something. The Tulsa Committee has 100% support of the System Committee. Keep up the good work men, it is obvious from this idiots comments that your winning the battle and the war.

If all the twu 514 officers show up at the union hall simultaneously, the only thing missing will be leadership.

Actually Amfa will lose if they fail to show. Afraid to debate? Stand behind your leaders?

They are missing the point. The International does not run the local. It is the Members. I think the Amfa boys forgot to read the Amfa constitution. Hiding behind the International now. Poetic is'nt it?

No its a Members Association! Anyone remember how many times you heard this out of an amfa member mouth? Now what song are they singing?

Well CIO did AMFA show up at your pointless debate, of course not as AMFA was not invited only AMFA supporters and no three people were invited by name.
I hope you had fun in your meeting by yourself.
From what I am hearing very few people showed up for the noon meeting that were not paid officers.

What is the most important thing about a union? Answer- THE CONTRACT.

Here at AA, in the TWU/ATD Locals have no jurisdictiction over the contract. They can only attempt to enforce the contract according to the Internationals and the Companys interpretation of it.

The Internationals have complete control over the Locals, in 562 and 567 we know that for a fact. The members elected representatives and the International removed them, not the members.

Remember these words? "Without further ratification".

cio, the AMFA members have read the twu constitution. That is why there will be an election between socialism (twu) and democracy (AMFA). I really hope you show up at the Brady Saturday. It will be amazing to meet you and tell you to your face that you are nothing more than a industrial union coward afarid of change for the better. The international runs the show at AA for AMTs and that is a BAD thing. But that does not effect someone of your stature... yet. When AMFA gets in the light will be directed on the black shadow of the twu's actions, just like the iam's. Then your self serving inept unions behind closed door actions will be revealed.
Ha, "The International does not run the local." Did you even read what you typed? Apparently not. See you at the Brady.
