how do you want to board

LMAO, I'm glad y'all have found a way to bring humor to this issue.

I do see Jim's point, but as he stated where do you draw the line? If you make an exception for this group, how do you not make and exception for that group? That's why it has to be....as cold hearted as it may sound....NO exceptions for anyone, commuters included. (unless youre commuting from HNL).

The way I see this eventually playing out is, union groups will board by DOH and nonunion will board AFTER nonunion groups FCFS. Why? it will be negotiated....cost nutural.

When I was commuting, my roommate commuted from Alaska, you may know her--Bridghid. Anyway, she moved even farther...The Philippines!!!!

I think I know who this person is. She was great, never complained about commuting at all. Always smiling and very pleasant. AND she was always handing out salmon on her way through SEA.

Yes, that sure sounds like her. Always giving out some kind of food. She had a restaurant in Wilkes-Barre and also taught cooking classes at the local community college. A BIG foodie. I never ate so well as when we shared a townhouse in Moon as new-hires. On our very first vacation together on our days off, we went to TCY--Treasure Cay. You know that there is absolutely nothing there...well, while walking on the beach, she was picking limes and whatever else she could find to go with our fish dinner, since there was no grocery store around. We passed a few coconut trees and she said to me," Will you get us some coconuts?", Huh? ? " What do you mean? She said, "You live in Hawaii don't you? So what's the problem? Can't you climb this little tree and get us some coconuts?
I miss her :(

LOL, pick up a coconut at Alakea Produce Market at the corner of Alakea and Merchant, it's a little safer than climbing a tree! Not trying to make this a Hawaii thread, but USCREW, when is the last time you had a nice warm, right off the truck malassada?

Too long to remember. I am so East coast now. Well, Bridghid was very authoritative, and to appease her, I did make several attempts...first I picked up some old coconuts on the ground and threw them. I can't throw either. Then I tried using a stick. She finally said, "Oh forgit it! Geez!" I felt so Haole.

You know, since FCFS is Cost NUTral, all the easties will get their own little stuffed animal as a consolation prize.

Blow the dust off the Care Lions and see how much you can get for them on ebay....they've got to be collectors items by now!

they've renumbered a 757 "942" I thought we returned the 9's to service!

Since you're really good at making license plates, can you also make me a new ID with a "C" number so that I will look official when I go to claim mine in PHX?

That’s the next pep campaign:

“I Make US Cost NUTralâ€￾

Stop by the Crew Room for your t-shirt and lanyard.

Oh, and have your ID ready for when you sign out for the trinkets.

Yea, A "Kick Me" T-shirt and a lanyard (rope) to hang yourself with. Cost neutral? Don't think so....
