you kill me dude.....no secrets behind the memberships backs....its all out for all to see....these secret behind the memberships backs deals you refer to are listed in the contract on about the second or third page.
they are agreed to between the union and the company to clarify or define areas of verbage and context for the membership and company's benefit.
