That is pretty much the point being made. Rove was not investigated. Powell was not investigated. There was no investigation because it was/is common practice. Now Clinton is being investigated for the same things others had done and were not investigated for.

For what it is worth I think she did screw up. Common sense would dictate that for government correspondence, a secure (or at least slightly more secure) form of communication should be used. Given that others had done it before her I can see why she would have thought it was OK. Why she apparently lied about what happened is beyond me.

Seems we elect people who are genetically hard wired to lie through their teeth. Were a politician to inadvertently tell the truth we would never know it because it is about as common as seeing a unicorn in the wild.

OH horse chit.  Powell went up in front of the UN and said things that he either knew were false or damn well should have known were false and just never bothered to verify for himself.  Powell helped sell a unjust war to the people.  WHen he went in front of the UN he lost all integrity.  He has his hands covered with the blood of the thousands who died in Iraq.
