The election will be for the alliance or no union, there isnt a procedure for a desertification vote under the RLA.

You do realize if there is no union you are an employee at will, and you will be gutted and massive layoffs.
 
Ask the ramp agents at US or ticket agents what happened to them in 1992 because they were non-union.
