Ya know...the ones who got reassigned early morning departures...doubled up....assigned and jerked off their trips just so you could stay home.

First of all PHL BULL you are just completely unlikable! A friend told me about this site so I logged on for the first time just recently. I cracked up when I read your posts. You are a bitter bitter person and truly need a hobby! Who cares what other flight attendants do. Let me guess, you are late forties, never married, and live with two kitties! Typical! I am a reserve and if I want to call in sick for Christmas, New Years, Kwanza, Easter and Arbor Day it is not your concern!!!! IF your jackass self looked at the reserve screen you'd see that there was NO sickout on the reserves part. I have friends out there doing trip after trip. As soon as your rest is up your back out there. You have a base like PHL with thousands of flight attendants and only something like 49 sick calls for reserves on the 25th. The trips that were open for reserve coverage were all due to blockholders properly using the system to drop, touch or whatever the lingo is? MMMMMKAAAAAY. Educate yourself before your speak. When you think about it, there is no screen to see how many BH called in SCK.....only RSVs and when i look at it, it's above average but not drastic.....I wonder what the ratio is, BH to RSV who called in SCK....let's think about who the REAL culprit here is

PHL BULL seems to think that any RSV who called in SCK w/o a note should be fired....what about BH ???

I think that's where my mom puts most of her antiques Let's face it sweetie, your day in the sun is over, you are no longer looking hot strutting from terminal to terminal and you cannot stand the fact that many of the reserves are! What do you really care if we fly or not? With us not out there, it makes you look all the better! No competition

The RESERVES carried the operation AGAIN through the Holiday and everyone knows it. In all my years, THIS Company has N-E-V-E-R had a handle on Holiday Staffing COVERAGE. And when I hear people make this a BLKHLDER vs. Reserve Issue, I am all for a Rotating Reserve System. (Many Blkhlders are so out of touch with what the Reserves deal with on a Day-to-Day situation and couldn't care less until the bottom falls out ala PIT.) For any Blkhlder pointing the finger at ANY Reserve............who made YOU Judge and Jury? And when Scheduling called did You ANSWER, Screen or IGNORE?! Crew PLANNING dropped the BALL AGAIN........PLAIN and SIMPLE. THEY JUST DON'T "GET IT"!
