Funny how you never paid for the property, yet claim it. Thief.

I got a receipt, it's called the Nicolau award, the only accepted system seniority list for all LCC pilots!

speaking of thieves.......

I sure hope usacaba ain't destroying any documentation, with litigation hold and all, they might have to get Sully to testify about integrity again when the judge asks what happened to their files.

Maybe The Purguring Hero stole the Laptop too?

Me? Spun up? On the contrary. I personally have no dog in the east-west fight, but I do have strong opinions and convictions.

You fool!

Again, grow up. For a guy with "personally no dog in the east-west fight" you sure do spew a lot of emotion.

So that's it? We ignore an arbitrator's list for all these years and will simply be awarded a new list for our "effort" to avoid it with no retribution from the west. I think you're in for a surprise.

I think you're right.

He told what seemed to be a completely fabricated story under oath on the witness stand.

Hmmmm....some character acting there indeed!

That testimony being on page 951 on the following link:

I was not born yesterday, I don't buy it and it appeared rehearsed. Maybe their attorney Brengle, kept interrupting Marty to keep him from digging deeper. Cross examination page 952-962. It did not matter because the jury did not buy it either.

You ever have a dog run up to from the other side of his fence and start barking simply because you're walking by?

You ever tease that dog to put him into even a bigger snit just for the fun of seeing him go bonkers?

Ok, Fido....now you just calm down. I'm only teasing.

Has anyone taken the time to read the pension transcripts?

Kind of boring but a couple interesting exchanges. I will simply post a couple of the court statements without comment and let you all draw your own conclusion.
The Court:
“And I’d like to have counsel just focus on a couple of thing, too, in your additional Findings of Facts and conclusions of Law. And one, Mr. Butler, I would like to have you focus on is what relief you are actually looking for, assuming the Court were to find some fiduciary obligation here that was breached. And I know you’re asking for a change in trustee, but who would be the trustee, and who would pay for it, and what would the duties of that trustee that are in addition to what you already have here?
And the end result, what I’m having trouble with, what would the Pilot’s Association gain? How and could they gain anything more?”…

The Court:
“and the bottom line is, I don’t see how the Pilot’s Association can gain anything more from this. Regardless of how the Court decides, and that’s what I’m not clear on, counsel. So address those, if you would please, in your Findings of Facts, Conclusion of Law, and update me with what you have already submitted.”

Mr. Butler:” -- but I would like the opportunity to make an argument as to why the pilots are entitled to the relief that we’re seeking and how the evidence—

The Court: Let’s find out what the pilots can possibility get out of it first, because I don’t see yet at this point in time.”

Take the time and read all three days. Draw your own conclusions.

Good morning Pi, may I suggest to you and the rest of the US Airways posters take a deep breath and not engage the West.

We are 2 weeks into a 4 year process, relax and dont feed the West trolls.

The recent APA letter claims this will be a 24 to 30 month process to getting it all done. Since to company merely "hopes" to conclude to POR in the 3rd quarter I'd say the end of the year is the better bet.

So I wil use 30 months to a joint agreement. Always overlooked by the West is the defunct TA gave the company another 12 months beyond that to publish a joint bid. Since our bids run 4 months out we'd be looking at 16 months to actually getting the award. I'd imagine a much larger task with the size of the new merger to take even longer.

46 months. Long time.

Poor Clear, may I suggest some potted plants for your cubicle it'll really brighten up the place.

Oh, and pace yourself.

Not only will they get it done in Q3 but they'll get the POR in the first part of Q3. This will all be done by the end of the year.

Except we are not neighbors. We have been in the same family for eight years. Trying to lock part of the family out of the house or into just the basement is not good.
Just a minute pard...to listen to you talk just a short time back, PHX was the crown jewel of the airline and you didn't want any filthy East pilots any where near it. You got your wish. You can have it and all it's glory. We wouldn't want you to have to go slumming at one of the East bases.
