Yes the SENIORITY that was earned. So the captain at 7 years earned the seniority to be a cpatain.USAPA is indeed protecting the seniority you actually earned beginning the day you showed up to work at AWA. It's in the C&B-Ls.
On the east a pilot that was there 17 years earned the SENIORITY to be furloughed.
Who was more senior at your respective airline the captain or the furloughed pilot?
When you integrate two SENIORITY lists seniority is used.
Follow the logic the west captain was more SENIOR than the east furloughed pilot. So usapa has the responsibility to protect that SENIORITY. NOT chose sides and decide to protect east pilots from an arbitration.
